The food at Salvatore is good, just good. We liked the ultimate poutine, but it's no longer on the menu. The pizza is not the best quality for the price.
The service is absolutely terrible in my opinion. We would order online for pickup & show up at the time they say the food is ready only to find out our order is not ready & the employees are in no rush to make our order. We often waited 20+ minutes after the pickup time to get our order. Ordering directly there wouldn't change anything, it would take 15+ minutes to make a poutine while we were the only clients in the restaurant (didn't look like they had online orders either).Voir plus
First time eating here. Friendly service person explained the menu & pointed out you can save $10 off a medium pizza by ordering on-line. Quick app download, ordered our pizza & had hot, fresh food within 15 minutes. Dining room not fancy, but clean & bright. Both pizzas were excellent. Yes, we have eaten at more than five other places serving pizza in Lachute, but this was better. Onion rings not very crispy. Will definitely come again.
