Pizza Pinoli deserves a much higher rating than 3.7! The pizzas here are crafted with care, featuring a perfectly tender yet crisp crust that makes each bite a delight. I tried the Philly Steak & Meat Lover pizzas, & the ingredients are fresh & flavorful. The cheese, meat, & toppings are generously added & balanced just right. If you're looking for quality & a satisfying pizza experience, Pizza Pinoli is absolutely worth a visit! *Ordered online, it was as expected

I went in during a not so busy afternoon, got a cheese slice & it felt like it had been sitting there for too long. Dough felt quite dry. The slice was decently large & price was on the lower side when comparing to other pizza chains in the city. The bottom is thin but not super thin like those trendy "NYC" style pizza joints. However, the dough is quite dense, which only made the chewiness worse. It had a decent amount of cheese & sauce though. They do have some nice sub sandwiches which I haven't tried, seems like it could be worth the money, quite decent value.

Got pizza delivered from here & wow! Best pizza I've had in a while, thin crust, a little greasy, & loads of cheese! Forget the chicken wings they were dry as hell, the fries were also average ... but man the pizza !

Delicious pizzas! We've been ordering from Pinoli's for years & the food is always fresh & hot. Family favourites are classic pepperoni, the cheese steak & vegetarian. We recently tried the poutine & it surprisingly very good!! Wings are really tasty too, not fatty.

Extremely Rude & unpleasant
I placed an order by phone & when I ordered 2 for 1 with different kinds, I was informed I could only get cheese pizza. I ordered just one pizza that I had never ordered before & requested a menu be sent with the delivery. According to the menu, I should have been able to order 2 for 1 with different toppings.
I phoned this morning to inquire & the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE & said the woman never said that & it could not have happened. He told me to never call there again which I DEFINITELY WILL NOT. I had ordered from there many many times in the past. What bad PR that is. I hope whoever orders from there will not get the negative experience I did. There are many many pizza places in Montreal & I will order elsewhere in the future.

I used to go multiple times a week, I was a good customer & knew the owner by name. I will never go back after what happened last. My friend & I ordered a half cheese, half all dressed pizza. When we got home, it was half pepperoni & half all dressed. I went back & pointed out that it was the wrong pizza & the owner IMMEDIATELY started shouting & swearing at me & calling me a liar. After explaining to him that I was a vegetarian & would never have ordered that pizza he continued to yell & swear at me until I walked out. I was close to throwing the pizza in his face he was so unhinged & insulting. He doesn't give a damn about his clients & you shouldn't give a damn about him
