Le personnel est très sympathique & agréable. Le rapport qualité-prix est très intéressant, on a demandé un combo pizza/ailes de poulet/frites/dessert/boissons pour un prix raisonnable & tout était merveilleux. La pizza est bien garnie, très bien cuite & délicieuse. Il y a beaucoup d'options autres que les pizzas & notamment pour les végétariens & nourriture halal. Tout a été servi très rapidement. Pizza Pinoli is two restaurant in one . First is Pinoli pizza which has some kind of pizza using halal meat but we never have bacon halal or mention it in our menu as halal pizza . The second restaurant is Touk Pinoli which all over a halal & we mention it in our menu & in the front door sign . We use beef & chicken 100% halal in our pizza when it requested . This is not laying matter or laughing matter or making money god forbid! We are doing our best & taking measures to distinguish between the two! Delicious pizzas! We've been ordering from Pinoli's for years & the food is always fresh & hot. Family favourites are classic pepperoni, the cheese steak & vegetarian. We recently tried the poutine & it surprisingly very good!! Wings are really tasty too, not fatty.Voir plus

I usually order pizza...& lately their pizzas are as good as frozen pizzas you get for $5.00 or less. Today, I decided to try the shawarma/shish-taouk mixed combo. The rice & the potatoes were almost flavourless...& the beef & chicken....I think Pinoli should change the dish name to Jerky Shawarma-Shish Taouk Mixed combo. Seriously, the meat was so dry that I think it's probably days old & was reheated in the pizza oven they have...which, by the way, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in centuries. I have to admit, though, that the two cans of Coke I ordered were cold & tasted very good!!! Pinoli...you have just lost a customer. In a time when money is dire, today, I feel I have been ripped off. An idea for people who continue ordering from them: check out what is delivered to you before you pay.
Extremely Rude & unpleasant
I placed an order by phone & when I ordered 2 for 1 with different kinds, I was informed I could only get cheese pizza. I ordered just one pizza that I had never ordered before & requested a menu be sent with the delivery. According to the menu, I should have been able to order 2 for 1 with different toppings.
I phoned this morning to inquire & the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE & said the woman never said that & it could not have happened. He told me to never call there again which I DEFINITELY WILL NOT. I had ordered from there many many times in the past. What bad PR that is. I hope whoever orders from there will not get the negative experience I did. There are many many pizza places in Montreal & I will order elsewhere in the future.
