Pizza Inc (NDG) is hands down one of the best spots in the city & Pierpaolo is the heart of it all. You can taste the passion & quality in every bite. The dough is perfectly crisp & chewy, the ingredients are always fresh, & the balance of flavors is on point. Whether you go classic Margherita or try one of their signature pies, you can't go wrong.
Pierpaolo puts real care into every pizza that comes out of that oven. It's not just food it's craftsmanship. On top of that, the service is friendly, fast, & consistent. You feel like a regular even on your first visit.
If you're serious about pizza, Pizza Inc (NDG) is a must try. Big respect to Pierpaolo & the team for keeping the standard high every time.Voir plus

Not only is the pizza absolutely delicious, but both times I've been, the people working there have just been genuinely amazing humans. This quickly became my local pizza joint! :)
So far, I recommend the pepperoni, I am wanting to try every one of these since I'm close so I'll update my review if that changes in the future.Voir plus
