We had terrible experiences the last 2 times we ordered. Order took 2 hours & 15 minutes to arrive when they said it would be 45 - 60 minutes. I understand it's a busy Friday night, but be transparent & we can decide if we want to place our order.
Then, of the 2 pizzas, one was way overcooked with a charred crust, & the other was doughy & undercooked. Both were cold. They also forgot to bring the fries we ordered (delivery person removed it from the total).
Overall, poor service & terrible quality. It's unfortunate, but we won't be ordering again.
Been my go-to pizza place. It's 3 times now that I order from them. Not only are the people that answer the phone extremely rude but also the delivery takes way too long. Up to 2 hours sometimes when it should be a 10 minute drive. I'm not happy with the service lately & wish I could give them another chance but I'm very disappointed.
It was amazing pizza & so worth the drive from Ste Rose, Laval!!! Friendly staff, great family run business & amazing ambiance! Thanks for the espresso! I will surely be back👍
It was quite a while that we had not ordered pizza. It was not the same quality/quantity, something has changed!!! Order large pizza with bacon. We did not find that they had put enough cheese the bacon was not distributed evenly. It was like eating focaccia type of pizza. Definitely will not order again.

One of the best pizzas in Montreal. The crust is crispy, the ingredients are fresh & plentiful & the taste is amazing. The place is fairly small so take-out is recommended.
Vraie bonne pizza faite maison. On a pris la Spéciale D'Agostino avec un extra d'olives vertes, une frite, une salade césar & des tiramisus. La croûte de la pizza était parfaitement croustillante & goûteuse. Les frites étaient de vraies bonnes frites brunes un peu sucrées, légèrement salées, sans farine. Je les ai mangées sans ajout de sel ni de ketchup. La salade césar avait du vrai bacon (pas du simili) & était parfaitement dosée dans ses ingrédients. Les tiramisus étaient doux.
C'était notre première fois hier soir & on compte y retourner. Quand on est arrivé au comptoir, on a été accueilli par une femme & un homme qui semblaient être les propriétaires. Les entendre saluer leurs multiples clients fidèles qui rentraient était prometteur. On a commandé sur place pour emporter. Pendant qu'on attendait assis à une table, l'homme qui semblait être un des propriétaires est venu jaser. Bien sympathique, il nous parlait de comment leurs frites faites de patates rouges étaient délicieuses & sucrées. Il nous a aussi parlé de leur fameuse poutine, nous conseillant d'y goûter un jour. Éh bien pendant qu'on attendait notre commande, l'homme & la femme sont venus nous porter une poutine avec quatre fourchettes & quatre serviettes de table (on était deux couples) pour qu'on puisse y goûter. On a adoré cette attention. La poutine était douce & pas lourde, c'est-à-dire qu'on ne se sentait pas lourd après l'avoir mangée. Fromage, sauce & frites bien dosés, sauce faite maison légèrement sucrée, pas trop salée; c'était délicieux.
Au moment de payer par débit, je constate que ma conjointe n'a pas donné de pourboire & je le lui dis. C'était parce que la femme du restaurant avait coché l'option sans pourboire. La femme a remarqué ma réaction & m'a dit de ne pas m'en faire, que ce sera pour une prochaine fois. On en conclut donc qu'ils sont généreux & qu'ils semblent faire ce qu'ils font par plaisir/passion, non juste pour l'argent.
Point bonus : l'intérieur du restaurant est beau. C'est bien décoré & plein de boiserie. Ça fait chaleureux.
Belle expérience. On conseille ce restaurant.

Decor: Reminiscent of a New York family style pizzeria. Cozy, warm,
& you'll feel like you're part of the family.
Service: Mary makes you feel like she's known you all her life & like a member of the family.
Food: Homemade, fresh & tasty. Pizzas are loaded with toppings, not like the high production pizza chains. They also have frozen take-out (try the tripa! Awesome!!)
Conclusion: The perfect place for a great Italian meal...just like Nonna. 👌 🇮🇹

I've been a regular customer for a while but the new menu prices will unfortunately change that. Most of the pizza prices have increased 3-5 bucks & the family fry is an additional $3 & no longer included. This results in my usual order being almost $10 more for a large 14 inch & fries.....Its a bit much. The pizza is good, but it's starting to get very pricey!.... I'll just start making my own pizza at home!
On comprend que l'erreur est humaine, & c'est pour cela qu'au début, on pouvait passer à autre chose. Mais maintenant, presque toujours, il y a un oubli dans les commandes : parfois l'extra frite sur le côté, parfois le fromage ou le bacon dans les hamburgers. Encore aujourd'hui, il manquait encore quelque chose. Pourtant, on prend le temps de tout préciser au téléphone (dû aux oublis fréquents des commandes précédentes), mais ils semblent tellement pressés qu'ils raccrochent le téléphone presque au nez. Cela ne nous donne plus envie de recommander, ce qui est dommage, car c'était l'un de nos endroits préférés pour les soirées pizza en famille.
