I'll be honest - the first few visits here. I just didn't get the hype. The fault was completely with me, Pizza Bouquet simply makes the best pizza in the city & arguably one of the best slices outside of New York City. That slice in issue is called the upside down. Again, the first time I had it I didn't get it. Now, every couple days, I'm a regular mostly for that slice. It's kind of beyond description except that it's like an upside down slice of pizza as far as the toppings go. Just try it & I think you'll understand why it's deeply exceptional. The people are great & always super friendly & it's a wonderful place to sit down & enjoy your slice. It really is a neighborhood gem not to miss.

Pizza was average at best, went there for dinner & after waiting for 30 min despite the place being empty we still didn't get the pizza, so we went to the counter & apparently it was ready in a box at the back but nobody bothered to let us know. Taste wise pepperoni was very very salty & sopressata taste wise was nice but the base was was boring a a bit plasticky
Je me suis rendu chez Pizza Bouquet après avoir lu plusieurs très bonne critique, mais je suis un peu déçu de mon expérience. De un, puisque je me déplaçais de loin je décide de prendre une pizza complète & on me dit qu'ils ne font pas de pizza complète le soir & qu'il faut réserver le matin comme si c'était évident. Je ne comprends pas trop le concept d'une pizzeria qui ne fait pas ses pizzas sur commande & où il faut réserver, surtout si c'est un comptoir. En fait, je n'ai jamais vu ça nul part ailleur, même dans des pizzerias très populaires. Ça me semble contraire au concept des pizzerias New-Yorkaises. J'ai donc pris des pointes (seulement deux choix au comptoir) & elles étaient tièdes. C'est une pizza de qualité (ingrédients frais, le pepperoni était délicieux), mais l'expérience pour le client est un peu moche.
Very good vibes & excellent pizza. I walked in there on friday afternoon & there was 90s house music playing, the guys working seemed super happy to be there & were very friendly.
We had to stay in line, but it was totally worth it! One of the best pizzas ever. I recommend margarita & vegi. The "à l'envers" was not as good as the margarita
Great NY-style pizza slices here. The tomato sauce alone is worth going back for - it has the perfect balance of acidity & sweetness. I got a slice of the margherita pizza & it was just over $5 accounting for the sales tax.
I go here once or twice a week, the pizza is good. But I wouldn't say the same about my experience with a certain employee at the counter! Today, I asked for 2 slices of Margherita, & I wanted to check the temperature of the slices I ordered to see if I want them warmed up or not, I reached to one of the slices asking "can I check.." the employee didn't reply (or maybe he didn't hear me) so I figured it's okay to check, when I touched one of my slices he looked at me in a very aggressive, unfriendly way & said "DONT REACH OVER THE COUNTER!" I was shocked & just said okay sure... So rude, by the way this is not my first bad experience with this employee.
