Les barbecues familiaux ont toujours été le point culminant de chaque été, cuisiner de la bonne nourriture et créer des souvenirs avec nos amis et notre famille sont les moments que nous recherchons avec enthousiasme ! Avec tout le plaisir, nous redoutions de dire au revoir à la fin de la soirée. Une fois la pandémie arrivée, nous n'avons plus pu profiter de la compagnie les uns des autres. Au lieu de nos réunions traditionnelles, nous envoyions de la nourriture et des colis de soins à nos proches pour leur faire savoir que tout irait bien. Après les excellents commentaires de notre famille, l'idée de Pimento's est née !

Great diner! The food was delicious & the serving sizes were great. Two critiques I would have regarding this place would be that the potatoes they gave were a little too salty. It's best to serve something with a little less salt because more salt can always be added however if something has too much salt it's pretty much doomed at that point to be able to reduce it. Secondly the staff forgot that we also were supposed to be given two standard hot black coffees based on our orders but never provided it until asked. At one point I asked a passing by hostess to refill my coffee & she said sure & walked away just to never come back so I had to ask someone else.Voir plus

The food was good but expensive for the quantity I got. I usually eat my Haitian & other African or Caribbean for 2 or 3 days. I spent over $35 & it didn't last me for more than a day.Voir plus

Bouffe jamaicaine à son meilleur. On sais très bien que la place au pays où on retrouve le plus de restos des caraïbes est dans le GTA mais maintenant on peux compter sur cet endroit pour satisfaire nos cravings de bouffe à la jerk. Les pâtés sont croustillant, frais & délicieux. Le staff est incroyable. Amateurs, allez y, ça vaut vraiment la peine de faire un tour.Voir plus

I was actually kinda just browsing on Uber & came across Pimentos. I didn't know what it was so I googled it, & I'm glad I did! I saw some amazing reviews & saw someone I know write a great review, so I knew I had to try. Everything was amazing! It tasted so fresh & everything was so full of flavor. The rice & peas weren't dry. Omg the jerk chicken is sooo juicy & tasty 😋 I also ordered extra plantains because they're my favorite & they were soo good. Fish cakes were also amazing. Wanted to go here for lunch for the longest time! It is a very small space & there is only seating for 2, so eating in the car or at home is ideal. I ordered the fried chicken with BBQ sauce. My friends got a half/half jerk chicken & oxtail & half/half curry goat & oxtail. My friends would rate their meals a 7.5. I liked my meal but it did take an extra 15 mins for my meal. There were very kind though & appreciated my patience. I absolutely loved my chicken & the festivals. The rice & mac salad were not my favourite though. PS. Don't waste money buying drinks at the restaurant, walk two doors down to the dep to get drinks!! Overall would rate this experience a 6.5/10!Voir plus
