Pigeon Club Cafe est un endroit au decor spectaculaire et a l'ambiance agreable qui ressort comme un lieu polyvalent pour le brunch, les repas et les evenements. Le cadre interieur est souvent salue pour son decor lumineux et verdoyant; le cafe et les desserts sont regulierement apprecies et les plats vont du shakshuka au sandwich en passant par les pancakes et les frites, avec des prix parfois juges eleves pour la portion et la qualite. Le service est generalement apprecié pour sa gentillesse et son attention, mais les avis divergent lorsque l'affluence est forte: le service peut etre lent, les tables sont parfois rapprochees et l'ambiance peut devenir bruyante; certains plats sont juges trop sales, manquent d'assaisonnement ou sont un peu secs. L'endroit est aussi prisé pour les evenements grace a des espaces privatifs bien equipes et a une equipe attentive qui facilite l'organisation. Dans l'ensemble, l'experience est describee comme tres positive, surtout pour l'ambiance et le cadre, avec des fluctuations selon le jour et le moment.
The last few visits the service was really slow, given it was packed, but we had several servers. It's getting kind of dusty in here as well. Food is usually on point, with the exception of burnt pancakes. & really…what's up with not offering customers cutlery? In person & for delivery? I had to ask 3x. Lattes are great but step it up.
The atmosphere in this restaurant is like the outdoors are inside. The service was excellent. The food is well prepared, delicious & presented beautifully. Now the taste was something else, the Mediterranean dish was delicious & simple. I would definitely recommend coming here for a nice meal with the family.

Je donne rarement des résultats si élevés, mais c'était vraiment une belle expérience. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le service était exceptionnel, mais à noter qu'à mon passage, il y avait très peu de clients.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un restaurant Instagram. La décoration est magnifique certes, mais le service & les produits sont aussi à la hauteur.
My go to place in westisland, My favorite are the chicken schnitzel , the shakshuka & of course their waffle fries.
the vibes are amazing for breakfast, brunch or even group events.

Très cher pour ce que nous avons mangé. Nous étions 3 .Ambiance moche, serveurs & serveuses manquent d'expérience. & nous avons à la sortie acheter 2 biscuits & une chocolatine 25$ Je ne crois pas y revenir.
I recently hosted my brunch event at pigeon club cafe & it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The communication with the event coordinator was smooth & professional - she made planning everything so much easier & stress-free.
The food was delicious & beautifully presented, & all of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the meal. The owner was also absolutely lovely to deal with - kind, accommodating, & genuinely made us feel welcome.
Thank you to the whole team for helping make such a special day even more memorable. Highly recommend for any event or celebration!
A restaurant where you can take nice instagram pictures & that's it. The food is severely overpriced, the sandwiches are small & sad, something I throw in my kids lunch bags when I'm not in the mood. The service is lacking. The coffee & fries are good & the restaurant is pretty.
This is West-Island best kept secret. From the outside look, it doesn't look special, the magic is when you go in the restaurant, simply magnificent, the decor is outstanding. As for the food it is very delicious, all choices seem very good. Try it & you won't be disappointed. Staff is also very nice.

Had a wonderful brunch today for 12 people.
Great spot, beautiful ambience & exceptional food. Service was attentive. Planning the event with Lindsay in the catering dept was a pleasure.
Went there on Victoria day. I understand that it was busy due to the fact that it was a holiday. That being said, it was not the first time that we went to that exact location. I've been here a couple of times & the service was never really fast but it was never like the way it was on Victoria day. It took us 1h30 to get our food. Nowhere in this 1h30 did they waitress come see us to give us updates whatsoever. When we finally got our food, the pancakes were so hard & stale. We told the waitress that we it was not edible. She didn't even bother to ask us if we wanted another plate of pancakes… wich by the way, i take those pancakes every single time i go there & they are usually very good. The manager or the owner, was walking with so much arrogance & was not even checking on the tables to make sure everything was ok….not to mention we where seated next to a door that had extremely cold air coming in. We were freezing but never got the chance to tell a staff member because nobody was coming to check in. Also, multiple people that came after us got their food way before us.
The hostess kept us waiting for 10 min even though the restaurant was empty & she was doing nothing but chatting with the workers at the bar. Once we were seated our server was prompt & attentive & the food was served quickly. The food was fine. The restaurant is very pretty but the sound carries so it's always loud & hard to have a conversation.
Weekends still seem to be a work in progress for the kitchen - service is attentive, kind & run off their feet (it's a popular spot)….it wasn't good this time - eggs Benedict served with a tiny barely noticeable spot of hollandaise on mounds of wet spinach on soggy English muffin, alongside cold frozen from the freezer style fries……they can do better & do often at other locations - this one had a bad day & needs some help in execution…..
