Our first visit was lovely. We had the yummy (in house made) falafel pitas.
We were served by the charming, friendly & competent Lucia. She patiently explained i gredients to one diner with food allergies. The atmosphere is inviting & noise level was fine for a Tuesday afternoon at 1:30.
There is street parking available. The terrasse looks inviting for summer dining as it is on the shadi er side of the street. Overall, a positive experience!
I've been here a handful of times & always enjoy my experience. The food is great, the coffee is excellent, & Lucia couldn't have been any sweeter & kinder with us on our most recent visit.
Was served by Lucia tonight & she has lovely energy & professionalism made our stay feel very friendly & fun. Chicken bowl was delicious. Would come back for sure !
food & atmosphère was good but what we like the most was the service, Alejandro was great, he made sure we felt comfortable & had everything we wanted, my family was really happy. For sure we'll be back
I've been to Pigeon several times, & this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review. We finally had a server who genuinely cared about our entire experience. We were at table 30 at 2 pm today. Her name was not on the receipt, but we want her to know that she is a big part of why we will be coming back. To be honest, this visit was going to be our last try.
She made excellent suggestions, & we were very pleased with everything we ate. It was also the first time I did not feel rushed. She checked on us at exactly the right moments without overdoing it. It was perfect.
If I could suggest anything, it would be to find a way to soften the noise level because it becomes quite loud. I would also recommend removing the dried flowers from the tables. They look a little dusty, although they are still better than the wilted ones we saw on previous visits. On a positive note, the coffee station looked much cleaner & far more organized, which was great to see.
Overall, the improvement is impressive. Our server truly elevated the experience & should be the one teaching others. We will be coming back.
Lucia nos atendió espectacular! su energía y recomendaciones estuvieron espectaculares. Me recomendó la fattoush salad y de agregarle grilled chicken y estuvo perfecta! Super atenta, volveré pronto :)
