Ordered chicken schnitzel with the side matzo ball soup via Uber Eats, if it wasn't for the decent soup they would have gotten even a lower rating, the sandwich was just so sad, 0 care or effort put into it & it really showed. I was planning on visiting them in person in case the uber order was good but I'll pass.

They forced us to give them 19% tip. The waiter didn't let us choose the percentage or the amount of tip & he just chose his preferred amount for tip. It was so rude.

We went there for a small brunch with my friends. The food/place was okay, but the service felt a bit careless. The server was sliding the cups across the table instead of placing them properly, which came across as unprofessional.

Also, what made us uncomfortable was that he selected a 20% tip himself without asking us to choose the tip amount. I think customers should always be given the option to decide the tip based on their experience.

Terrible service! The waiter who took our order was very rude. To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, he added a 20% tip for himself without asking us. Completely unacceptable.

I also ordered the'Two Eggs' breakfast from the menu, & it did not meet my expectations. The quality & overall experience were disappointing.

I ordered some breakfast & pancakes through the uber app. The order delivery time went from 30min to more than an hour wait. The driver arrived on time & the restaurant made the driver wait for more than 30min making excuses & delaying the order. The driver kept us informed throughout the process. & then out of nowhere the restaurant told the driver we had cancelled the order. No order has been cancelled. I called the restaurant several times to see what the issue is & the only reply I get from their number is'the customer you are trying to reach is unavailable'. More transparency & professionalism would have been appreciated. Instead of wasting everybodys time just be honest & tell us what the problem is & please dont make up some lame excuse that the order has been cancelled to get out of the problem, be professionnal.

It was my first time & I will most certainly be back. Our server (Stella)? Was so kind & knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing whether you're having a meal or just drinks. My husband & I will most certainly return.
