Beautiful decor, but the service was not great

We got sat outside & the decor was great. Everything was good. Then I look up & there are a bunch of dead bees in a trap right above me.

We waited around 15 to 20 minutes for the waitress to come to our table for the first time. The restaurant was not busy.

I ordered the chicken parmesan which comes with spaghetti. When I get my meal, I get plain noodles on the side in a seperate bowl with no sauce. The employee then tells me to mix the noodles in with the sauce that I have on my chicken parmesan plate.

The chicken was good, but the pasta was very bland.

Overall, although the decoration in the restaurant was nice, I still cannot get that image of all those dead bees out of my head. I also cannot understand how they serve spaghetti with no sauce.

I hope that this was just one bad experience & will not happen again if I decide to go back.

My boyfriend & I came to Pigeon Café on Friday night & had an amazing experience. We were served by Nathalie, our waitress, & Camilo, the manager, & both provided outstanding service from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

The burgers & fries were absolutely excellent-fresh, flavorful, & cooked perfectly. To top it all off, they surprised us with complimentary shots, which was such a thoughtful & appreciated gesture.

Overall, the food, service, & atmosphere were all fantastic. A huge thank you to Nathalie & Camilo for making our night so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend Pigeon Café to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

The place is amazing! It's big. The decor is just very relaxing & cool! Love the trees with fairy lights. Staff members are sweet & friendly. Food is great! I would definitely go again & spend a longer time.

We dined at pigeon on Saint John Baptiste this week & everything was exceptional. From the food to the wonderful service with Ally. We absolutely love being seated in her section when we come. I ordered myself the classic breakfast & my kids the blueberry pancakes & they were the best thing I've had all week!!! We will definitely come back again.
