Exceeded my expectations! Food was surprisingly so good not some typical brunch food. Everything has a special & unique taste. Atmosphere was amazing, there was also a DJ playing good musicVery nice service as well. I enjoyed every moment there.

I had to try this place out while vacationing in Montréal! The food & drinks were amazing & not too pricey! The atmosphere was great, they had a live dj playing music during the brunch. This is going to be a regular spot for me everytime I'm visiting!

Staff is attentive & sociable. The food is well presented, filling & delicious & I also loved their cafe de olla, I wish it was bottomless! Overall nice vibe, the ambient music is a bit on the louder side though, so it's not for people who prefer a quiet meal. But I would say the quality of the food, drinks & service is worth it.

This brunch spot is truly special! The menu offers unique & flavorful dishes & drinks you won't find anywhere else. Every plate was beautifully presented & absolutely delicious. Minor inconvenience for me the music was loud we could didn't hear each other.

Food was exceptional. We ordered one of their specialty lattes. Can't remember the name but it had a pistachio rim & came with a pistachio covered shortbread cookie on top which was divine. We also ordered the pork belly hash brown dish & the granola "buenos Dias" bowl, both of which were delicious & presented beautifully. Our server was lovely & attentive. Place is definitely a vibe with an upbeat atmosphere. If you're looking for a quiet/cozy breakfast this isn't the place as they had a dj playing music which was a touch too loud for us, but if you're looking for a fun meal, this is a great spot!

I went to Piel Canela for brunch on a Saturday. The food was full of flavor (just what you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant), & the ingredients were of good quality. The service was great, we received the food very quickly & all the people who served us were super nice. The down side, though-which might not be really a downside, but more of a personal preference-, is that the music is super loud inside the restaurant. We were lucky that there was room for us outside on the terrace, which was excellent. But if we hadn't found room outside, we wouldn't have stayed. This is our second time at the place, the first time was when we dined at Caifan (same place, but different cuisine), & we thought the same thing. Very good food, excellent service, but the loud music can be a little bit annoying. As I said, this is a personal preference, some people might like to have music at this volume while they eat.

Lovely experience! This place was great to have a brunch in a creative way. First of all, the staff was very gracious, welcoming & well trained. The music & decoration were ideal to create a great atmosphere. The drinks were very original & creative. The food was unique, had a lot of flavor & the portions were generous. I fell in love with the combo of conchas with artesanal coffee. This perfect combination will undoubtedly make you close your eyes & feel at home. Without a doubt, worth trying!

This restaurant is decorated with a modern mexican twist. The music is very loud for a brunch spot, we had to yell to hear eachother. Before placing our orders the waitress came around saying that she was "offering us some typical mexican sweets". In my world, when someone uses the word offer, it means its free. We were unpleasantly surprised that we were charged 7$ for one cookie EACH! That being said, the food was excellent & so were the drinks. All very beautifully presented & generous portions. Overall it was a good time but wouldn't go back.. 60$ per person for a brunch is wild.
