Love the vibe of the restaurant but personally think the pho broth is too salty for my likingView more
I really like the chicken seasoning but wished to have a lot more red/white carrots in my chicken banh mi.View more
Well marinated meat . Could do with more quality veges in the grilled meat rice dishes or salads . On the plus side - Huge meat portion thoughView more
Solid 10 out of 10. Calm atmosphere, perfect dishes. Great attention. I've tried pho & it was so tasty. Would come back next time I visit Montreal.View more
Des soupes (dont Bun Bu Hue) mais peu d'autres choix.View more
Un des meilleurs pho que j'ai mangé. J'ai pris le bun bo hue. Je reviendrai certainement.View more
Eu nunca tinha experimentado comida vietinamita e gostei muito. O restaurante é muito bacana, o atendimento é excelente. Postarei fotos e vídeos para vocês avaliarem como fois a experiência. Eu adorei e voltaria para experimentar mais opções do cardápio.View more
Ambiance très agréable, décoration soignée avec un fond de musique calme. Le service est parfait, réalisé avec le sourire. Les plats sont copieux & savoureux. Je recommande.View more
To preface this review, I went at a non-busy time in a group of 2. We had many issues with the service & food: 1. Ordered a rare beef pho & a rare beef & well done beef pho. Received a well done beef pho & a rare beef & well done beef pho. 2. They served the pho lukewarm! The rare meat didn't cook in the slightest!!!!!!! After asking to reheat the pho, they returned it THE SAME TEMPERATURE. 3. I requested fresh chilis from the staff 3 times throughout the meal & never received any. 4. Very minimal sauce included. They give tiny portions of sriracha/hoisin so you have to keep asking. It would be way better to have the bottles at the table like other authentic Vietnamese establishments. 5. Personal opinion - the pho broth was too sweet, missing some acidity. 6. Don't sit anywhere near the door in cold weather, they leave the outer door open sometimes so when the inner door is opened you'll be frozen. On the bright side, they have friendly staff & a great atmosphere (upstairs is super cool too).View more
Good & authentic Vietnamese food. Very pleasant service. Good guidance in choosing from the menu when I was not very familiar with Vietnamese dishes.View more
my pork rice paper roll was tiny compared to pictures on here. they also switched my order with prawns without telling me. they were nice enough about switching the incorrect order but they should just not serve the item if they dont have pork available. owner also stared at me the entire time i was getting my order switched. weird it wasn't available as well as i ordered pretty early in the day (3pm). my banh mi broth was too salty & oily as well. very average Vietnamese food.View more
The service & food excellent so fresh. Thank you again. I hate the Byov half beef & half shrimps. & Chà Giò.View more
I went to the place last week with my colleagues & had an excellent service from Mia. The hu chiu was delicious but we didn't like the chicken pho. I would certainly comeback to try other foods!View more
We just had their pho & it was really good the broth was clear but flavorful & the beef was tender the noodles were cooked well & the fresh herbs added a nice touch we also had their fresh spring rolls which were light & tasty we tried the mango smoothie (100% you must try) & you can actually taste the real mango it wasn't too sweet just refreshing overall a solid meal & we'd come back againView more
This is rant review. 1) to state a fact. Its painfully obvious we are a family of four people. 2) we've been waiting for almost an hour to get 1 bowl Why. 3) only after serving one bowl of pho he (the server) tells our order "we told him" was just for 1 person AFTER ONE HOUR FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR. Please be for real. 4) they miss to tell us some of our order are food they are out of. 5) FOR AN HOUR they are so slow to serve us they prioritized to serve other people who came after us! Even if you think its a meal for one, wouldn't you have gotten it earlier & speaking of slow, they serve one by one, no trolley, no nothing. 6) The manager & the employee was misunderstanding us. Please do better. Train your employees & understand proper accomodation. The only great thing was the interior design & the fact we got to eat in the end. Thank you.View more
Wonderful Vietnamese in the heart of Montreal serving authentic & considered Vietnamese food like rolls, Bamh Mi, Pho, & incredible Vietnamese ice coffee. Highly recommended, & the service is wonderful from a caring team. Reminds me of their sister shop front in Hanoi. Bravo!View more
Phở Lý Quốc Sư offers authentic Vietnamese flavors with standout phở & bánh mì. The phở features a rich, aromatic broth simmered for hours, with tender beef & fresh, springy noodles. A side of herbs, lime, & chili adds brightness & spice. The bánh mì is equally impressive, with a crispy, yet soft baguette filled with well-seasoned meats, pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, & a hint of pâté & mayo for extra richness. Both dishes reflect traditional flavors & high-quality ingredients, making Phở Lý Quốc Sư a must-visit for Vietnamese food enthusiasts.View more
