We had the spring rolls & chicken pho. The rolls were OK, but mostly rice noodles & the dipping sauce was bland, hardly any flavour. The pho was just OK. It didn't have the complex broth we have come to expect from good pho.
Update: Tried again since Nguyen Phi was closed. My original review stands & I'll add that the service is not friendly.

Decent & affordable place for pho soup & vietnamese cuisine. Their beef pho soups are so delicious.
Very passive atmosphere were I enjoy the xl all dress Tonkinois soup.

best pho i've ever tried the broth was sooo rich really highly recommend !
We got phos & pork chops with vermicelles. The pho was average, the broth could have been a bit better. The pork chops were still on a bone so it was hard to eat it. The atmosphere is very bleak.
