Plat décevant & La serveuse était tellement désagréable.. je suis arrivé en disant bonjour avec un sourire & elle m'a regardé de haut en bas sans répondre. Mais j'aurais pas écrit d'avis si au moins mon plat était bon. Mais c'était pas le cas, La viande avait un goût bizarre & Mon plat goûtait rien

J'avais adopté ce restaurant parce que le bouillon de la Pho était très bon. Aujourd'hui le boeuf dans la soupe n'était pas mangeable je l'ai mentionné au propriétaire & il n'a eu aucune réaction. Je n'y retournerai jamais.

Moved an hour away from Mtl but we still drive there just to eat their pho at least 2-3x a month. Yaa, it's that good! ✨👌🏼

Very nice staff & super filling food. They give a lot, it's a very big portion size. Tasty pho 10/10 would come again! ☺?

honestly the taste of the pho here is amazing, but on 2 separate occasions i ordered pho here & i had extreme food poisoning lasting 3-4 days. both times exactly the same symptoms & starting a couple hours after eating. the first time i got sick it didn't click to me that it was from there. but, when it happened a second time it became obvious it was caused by this place. it was the worst food poisoning i ever had in my life. im not surprised because the place itself looks very dirty.

Je suis vraiment déçue de mon expérience aujourd'hui.
J'ai commandé une soupe repas & j'ai demandé s'il était possible d'avoir plus de nouilles, car il n'a presque pas nouille dans la soupe . On m'a répondu que c'était impossible parce que « c'est le patron qui prépare la soupe ». ? Au pire je serais prête à payer l'extra nouille mais ce faire répondre que c'est impossible c'est vraiment ordinaire … 🤦🏻?♀?
Malheureusement, avec ce manque de flexibilité & ce service médiocre, ce sera la dernière fois que je mange ici.

We had the spring rolls & chicken pho. The rolls were OK, but mostly rice noodles & the dipping sauce was bland, hardly any flavour. The pho was just OK. It didn't have the complex broth we have come to expect from good pho.

Update: Tried again since Nguyen Phi was closed. My original review stands & I'll add that the service is not friendly.
