Truly a hidden gem. Incredible vegetarian & vegan options. Food is packed with flavour, portions are large & inexpensive. I come to Montreal for this restaurant alone. The service is wonderful. 10/10 recommend to anyone even if you're not vegetarian. Do yourself a favour & get the viet coffee. You can't go wrong with any meal but my personal fav is the bun hue.
Amazing food! We tried different vegan dishes & all of them were delicious. You can also buy selfmade kimchi & other dishes as it is not only a restaurant but also a little store.
& look, I only had to fly across the country for it!
Excellent sandwich for an incredible price. Like whoa!! The bread is so good. Authentic French baguettes & you can tell. Crisp, but not too hard. Nice & fluffy on the inside. Filling is delicious & fresh, too.
Shop is very clean with lots of yummy interesting groceries for sale. Was offered very refreshing cucumber water which was much appreciated on this blistering afternoon.
The one thing I'd ask for is more tofu!! But, front desk lady was very kind & the food is awesome! I recommend végé BBQ bahn mi!
Edit: I have now tried all the banh mi flavours. The yuba is my favourite, but they're all amazing!
the family that owns the shop recognizes me, bc I am here almost every single week.

Tout est parfait. Je connaissais déjà la nourriture pour avoir commandé en ligne, mais j'ai été vraiment agréablement surprise en personne. C'est un restaurant vraiment beau & traditionnel, il y a plein d'options qui ne sont pas accessibles en ligne à découvrir sur place, & tout est absolument délicieux! Les propriétaires sont super sympathiques & tout est vegan. À essayer!

Amazing little place for great food! Family run, very calm & friendly environment. Even if you are not vegetarian or vegan, this place should be on your go-to list! Amazing plates, sandwiches, appetizers & drinks!
Being Vietnamese myself, I have grown up with Vietnamese cuisine & I can attest for the delicious & affordable vegetarian & vegan soups. Family owned. Cozy vibe. My family & I have been going here for years & will continue to.

Thank you for making vegan Vietnamese food so delicious. This cafe is very traditional with the sandwich bar for them to make your Bahn Mi & the kitchen in the back for pho. It's got seating. It's very clean & tidy. I had the Trio Vege which included 2 spring rolls, a small bowl of soup, & a Bahn Mi for a great price. Will come again!
