I've heard really positive reviews about this restaurant from friends & family, but I was not impressed by it. I came with a big group around 1pm, 10 people, so perhaps this was the problem, but on every point, the restaurant fell short of my expectations. Once the whole party arrived, because to get seated you need to all be there, we actually got a table quite quickly, in the adjoining dining room that's attached to Milsa. From there, it took the waitress about 20 minutes to come see us for juice & coffee, which we had to ask for about 5 times because she forgot this person's coffee or that person's grape juice. After that, it took another 10 to 15 minutes for her to take our food orders, so by this time the kids were crawling on the walls with hunger. I got an American Burger & my partner got a Strawberry Banana Crepe. My burger came with two sides, which I was impressed by, & the Caesar salad was great. The fries had no seasoning & the burger was unexpectedly quite big, but also just okay. It didn't have bacon on it, which I thought was interesting. I would've thought American = Bacon, but I guess not. Others in my group got waffles, pancakes, a standard two eggs with meat. One person in particular found a piece of metal on their plate which was quite shocking. I felt so bad, because they had just started eating at that point, & obviously didn't want to continue eating. The waitress we had, as mentioned above, was quite slow & needed constant reminders about juice she forgot to bring, coffee refills we wanted, & additional maple syrup we were asking for. I understand that she had our group of 10 to worry about & another big group in that same room, but we wouldn't have minded a wait as long as she brought our items after asking once. All in all, I clearly need to try this restaurant again with a smaller party & see if a different dish tastes better or if the service experience is smoother, because it feels bad to write off Petinos after one go. However, as far as first impressions, I'm not wildly impressed.

Menu variés. Le service était long. C'est très bruyant il manque d'éléments insonorisant. Nous avions de la difficulté à s'entendre parler. Je ne reviendrai pas un dimanche.
Bonne cuisine....serveuse sert des clients qui sont arrives apres nous....mauvaise journee pour lambiance....ya un couple qui etait en face meeting a cote de notre table & un autre gang qui parlait tres fort...on se croyait dans un bar...les gens de nos jours manquent de respect
Pas pour les grands groupes! Nous sommes allés le 11 May en groupe de 20 puis l'attente à duré 1h30. Toutefois la nourriture était bien même si les patates très salés.
Portions très généreuse j'ai pris le poulet/gaufre un régal avec les pommes de terre/saucisse/oeuf. Les oeufs pourrait avoir un meilleur assaisonnement par contre. Le milkshake vanille très bon aussi pas tant sucrée que ça ! Tout est arrivé en bon état.
Pour une place déjeuner tout était au-dessus de mes attente le staff était très agréable, leur portion & qualité bouffe était meilleur de ce que je m'attendais.

Brunch is great, sometimes a bit salty. Service is always impeccable even if they are busy. One time the music was too loud & it's impossible to have conversations
Selon moi, c'est LE restaurant de déjeuner. Les portions sont énormes, les oeufs bénédictines sont excellents & le service est très bon. Bon, j'ai faim juste à écrire cet avis..
Je vais manger chez Petinos BROSSARD presque chaque matin. Très bon, bonne assiette & belle ambiance. Mais surprise ce matin le JEUDI 28 mars, le spécial du matin n'étais pas valide car le propriétaire a décidé que JEUDI LE 28 MARS étais considéré journée de férié de pâques !!
