After 12 years of being a loyal customer, I'm disappointed to say I will not be returning to Petinos. Over the last years, the service has steadily declined & customers no longer seem valued or taken care of.
Yesterday's food arrived cold, & on many other visits it has only been barely warm; never hot. Service has also become very poor. Food items are forgotten, coffee refills are ignored, & basic attention to customers is lacking.
Gratuity is meant to reward good service - attentive, respectful, & reliable service. It is not something that should be expected automatically when customers are left waiting, missing items, & constantly having to ask for basics.
It's unfortunate because this used to be a place I enjoyed regularly for many years, but the overall experience has become too disappointing to continue supporting.

Très bon. Nous avons passé un super moment. Le serveur était aux petits soins. Il a d'abord servis les enfants. Il nous réservait à la demande. Le bémol, c'est très très bruyant….
Mon assiette était copieuse. Il y avait énormément de fruits dans l'assiette santé & le service de Mike était exceptionnel. Nous reviendrons certainement.
