After 12 years of being a loyal customer, I'm disappointed to say I will not be returning to Petinos. Over the last years, the service has steadily declined & customers no longer seem valued or taken care of.
Yesterday's food arrived cold, & on many other visits it has only been barely warm; never hot. Service has also become very poor. Food items are forgotten, coffee refills are ignored, & basic attention to customers is lacking.
Gratuity is meant to reward good service - attentive, respectful, & reliable service. It is not something that should be expected automatically when customers are left waiting, missing items, & constantly having to ask for basics.
It's unfortunate because this used to be a place I enjoyed regularly for many years, but the overall experience has become too disappointing to continue supporting.
