I can't say enough great things about Samadi Sweets & their exceptional customer service! My order was unfortunately lost by UPS, but Zakariya went above & beyond to make sure I received my sweets. He quickly arranged for a replacement shipment & kept me updated throughout the process. The dedication & care he showed were truly outstanding.

& of course, the sweets themselves were absolutely delicious-fresh, authentic, & full of flavor. This level of service & quality is rare to find. I highly recommend Samadi Sweets to anyone looking for top-notch treats & incredible customer care. Thank you again, Zakariya, for your kindness & effort!

Overall it's good, but I was disappointed several times.
On the first day of Ramadan, I bought Osmanlyeh & discovered that it was burned during cooking & they tried to hide it with an extra layer of vermicelli (Ch3iriyeh).
In the past, I made some improvement comments but the workers did not show any interest or value for customer feedback.

Nice pastry shop with a good assortment of pastries, sweets & good coffee. The kunafa sandwich is very good with just the right amount of sweetness. Very clean place with friendly service.
