La qualité des produits a chuté drastiquement, le service a pris un coup & les prix eux ont explosé!!! C'est pour la même raisin que j'ai arrêté d'aller chez mahrousé!!!

Quand les choses vont bien pour vous, il ne faut pas arrêter de donner du service & de jouer avec la qualité… les clients ne sont pas cons & il y a beaucoup de choix!

The sweets here are decent & the place is clean, ice cream was amazing but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The female staff member who served us was not welcoming & treated us quite unprofessionally. I highly recommend that management focus on staff training regarding customer care, as good service is just as important as the food. I hope our next visit will be a better experience.
