Très mauvaise expérience maintenant. Les portes ont été fermées à 20 h 25, alors que l'horaire affiché indiquait une fermeture à 21 h.
Je peux comprendre qu'il soit possible qu'il n'y ait plus de pâtisseries disponibles à cette heure-là par exemple mais ce qui est inacceptable, c'est que le personnel accepte d'autres clients alors que nous étions déjà devant l'entrée, puis portes verouillés!!!!
Si vous avez des critères particuliers pour accepter vos clients ou si vous cessez de servir avant l'heure de fermeture affichée, merci de l'indiquer clairement à l'avance afin que les clients puissent prendre leurs dispositions. Cette situation est décevante & donne une très mauvaise impression du service.

The place is good, & the selection of sweets is good too, but the two employees who work there are very talkative & ask questions about things that don't concern them at all, including personal details that are completely irrelevant to them. This will be my first & last visit to this branch.

Everything's super clean & the ingredients they use are clearly top quality. The desserts are always fresh & the taste is genuinely amazing. Their knafeh has such a great reputation for a reason. Service is friendly & attentive too. Honestly worth every penny.
