My two friends & I had diarrhea after eating the cake pieces. We ordered one cheesecake, two slices of cake, & one mousse.

The two cake slices tasted terrible - they were bland, mushy, & full of moisture inside. It seemed like they had been frozen before. The taste was awful, with no flavor at all.

However, the customer service was very gentle & kind.

A very disappointing experience.

Ordered a heart shape birthday cake back in May 2025 for my birthday.
It was the best cake I have ever had.
It's a must try, I was told it's a little gem , great customer service .

My family loved the cake !!!!
