The cake I ordered was absolutely delicious & fresh. The staff were also incredibly kind & helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be ordering from here again & would highly recommend it!
The original owners were solid & was never disappointed. Has changed ownership twice in the last few years. The first time around the new owner was a miserable human being, bad mouthing customers. Since the bakery has been resold. The new owners put a lot into a new decor & new products, & staff is definitely friendly & helpful. However, the quality is inconsistent. There are times that their pizza is outstanding, fluffy & light & tben there are days when it's thin, undercooked & way too saucy. The same for the bread. I've bought bread at 10am not to find it not fresh. Listen, I get you might have day old bread, but tell me & sell it at a discount. Also, the prices are inline with a higher quality product, & they can't deliver consistently.

Purchased pastries I have been looking for, for a longtime, I finally found them here. Authentic & as delicious as I remember. Sfogliatella mmmmm

Fantastic administration! I recently ordered some catering for a big birthday party from Pâtisserie Vimont, the food & the cake (their specialty) was absolutely delectable!!. The owner delivered all 13 orders on time, the food was hot as requested, very professional service! Thank you, Laura & the team.
Meilleur pâtisserie! Nous avons initialement trouvé la pâtisserie pour notre gâteau de mariage, nous y retournons maintenant régulièrement pour toute sorte de pâtisseries. Laura a été super pour nous recommander des saveurs pour notre gâteaux & des design qui étaient compatibles avec la saveurs souhaités. Les invités ont adorés le gâteau & en parle encore! I know they have many products that are well made. But yesterday I left with a box of their custom Christmas cake & cupcakes, although it looked gorgeous, taste wise it was so underwhelming. Such an overly sweet buttercream & sponge itself not great at all. Maybe you guys could try Italian buttercream? So disappointed for 75$.

The cannolis are excellent. My only suggestion is to make sure that the filling is properly piped. Three out of the four were missing filling in the middle.
I liked the pastry I purchased: pistachio croissant, Queue de Homard & classic cannoli. Queue de Homard was slightly complicated to eat, but the taste was good. I recommend this place to those who live around Cité de la Santé Hospital.
sympathique boulangerie avec la twist italienne que l'on aime. Personnel sympathique, service attentionné & d'excellentes patisseries (mention spéciale pour les croissants, probablement les meilleurs dans le secteur!)
