Saw you on TV & thought it would be wild to see the real thing. So many treats we had trouble choosing the ones we wanted. My favorite bite was the ricotta lobster shell although the rum soaked pastry was good too - next time I'll get the bite size as it was a little big for me.
Came all the way from Ottawa & your counter girl was so very helpful & pleasant. She obviously enjoyed her job. Next trip it's some of those amazing looking sandwiches!

Très propre, le personnel est très accueillant, tout est bon, j'adore manger les soupes du jour…leur gâteaux sont délicieux! Rien à dire merci !

Le gâteau était excellent & frais difficile de ne pas prendre une grosse portion.
I absolutely love this bakery! Everything always comes out fresh early in the morning, & the quality is consistently amazing. The customer service is top-notch - everyone is friendly & welcoming. One of the owners, Tania, always takes the time to engage with customers, even when she's busy, which really shows how much she cares. Definitely my go-to spot for great pastries!
Misunderstanding. I had the espresso, which resembled more a sip of black coffee, I don't know how any Italian person could ever go there. Not to mention they don't serve water with it. As for the arancini with ricotta & spinach, & the plain croissant, I was surprised they weren't fresh at all, especially during peak hours with such a huge crowd. Extra star for their bread which is good, but in general truly disappointing. Would expect much better for 4.5... ⭐?

Everything is super fresh & tasty. The pizza & cookies were delicious. The young woman at the counter was very helpful in helping me choose some pastries. The establishment is very clean & employees are eager to help.

Le pain était croustillant à l'extérieur & moelleux à l'intérieur avec une bonne quantité de viande, salade etc...& la qualité de service... & l'attention de la personne pour le préparer à mon goût.. Merci pour la belle expérience.
J'adore vos pizza à la tomate, vos gâteaux tout, j'achète souvent.
J'ai juste aussi une recommandation pour ceux aux épinards. Je pense que ça aurait été impeccable de rajouter plus d'épices ou des oignons ou de l'ail ça donnera un goût plus intense! Continuez! En tout cas j'aime & vous donner envie à vos clients de prendre un billet & d'aller en Italie!
The quality of the sandwiches is unmatched. I never had such a good sandwich. Very oily too but oh so worth it for the spicy eggplants!

Love love love. It was so tasty & yummy. I took the vanilla flavor. 😋 It was not too sweet inside, which was perfect. Good price for the cake. If you want a custom cake, go to this bakery. I think they did a fantastic job. Exactly what I wanted.
