The shop is lovely esthetically with various seating arrangements. Chai Latte was acceptable made with a tea bag. The most disturbing aspect was finding the cup with a significant chip on the rim after consuming half of the tea. I immediately inquired with concerns regarding possible glass chip on the bottom.
The server claimed the chip was evident when preparing the beverage Did not offer to make a replacement latte. Major infection control issue as well as possible trauma to an innocent customer. I suggested the cup be recycled. The server seemed reluctant!!!!!

Je viens souvent les dimanches & les deux employés en ventes sont toujours gentils & accueillants! On ne peut pas oublié les croissants qui sont delicieux!🥐
This is the kind of place that stays open not because their offerings are great nor is the service exemplary; they stay open because there's no competition.
The top two layers of the nicely decorated pistachio cake were as hard as rock. My son who loves sweets for the first time refused to take a second bite.

Je suis venu ce matin pour acheter des pâtisseries & elles étaient INCROYABLES ! Louis & Aurore étaient extrêmement sympathiques & compétents. Un endroit à ne pas manquer au coeur de Westmount !
Au global les patisseries sont bonnes & à un prix raisonnable. Le pain au raisin était excellent & le café bon!
Par contre j'ai été déçue du kouign-amann car il n'était pas assez beurré. L'intérieur était donc plus sec au lieu que ce soit moelleux, avait une couleur jaune pâle - blanc alors que cela devrait être jaune clair & on ne sentait pas assez le beurre. Il était bien caramélisé autout par contre mais presque un peu trop cuit, rendant la croute dure au lieu de croustillante. La brioche d'antan avait trop de sucre au milieu & n'avait pas assez de goût, un peu plus de rhum ou fleur d'oranger permettrait de donner de la profondeur. Mais surtout ce qui était décevant c'est que j'ai commandé & payé pour le croissant à la gianduja & que la personne ne l'a pas mis dans le sac. Nous étions déjà rentrés quand je m'en suis rendue compte...
Conclusion : j y retournerai pour tester d'autres affaires mais je ne suis pas emballée.

Belle petite découverte dans le quartier. Chocolatine d'amande était fantastique. Le croissant au beurre était de qualité. Endroit est propre. Le staff est souriant! Première visite était mémorable définitivement ne sera pas la dernière!
Croissant amandine était parfait! Croustillant à l'extérieur & moelleux à l'intérieur. Tables & chaises exposés au soleil avec vue sur la rue Sherbrooke ou non, vers les comptoirs & la cuisine. & les prix sont très raisonnables.
