Je suis entrée dans la boutique simplement pour passer une commande, après vous avoir découverts sur internet. Finalement, j'en suis ressortie avec un chocolat chaud extraordinaire & un brownie tout juste sorti du four. Je ne suis pourtant pas fan de brownie… mais l'odeur m'a fait craquer, & quelle surprise : un pur régal !
J'ai ensuite commandé 38 boîtes de 10 chocolats pour un cadeau d'entreprise. Les chocolats sont fins, délicats, magnifiques… & le goût ! Les saveurs sont absolument incroyables. C'est la première fois que je me régale autant dans une chocolaterie à Montréal & même au Canada, sans hésiter. Ce sont de loin les meilleurs chocolats que j'aie mangés ici.
Bravo pour la beauté & la qualité gustative de vos créations ! Les retours ont été unanimes : tout le monde a adoré. & moi, grande fan de praline, j'ai été particulièrement comblée.

So far, very good chocolate & ganache, I'm just more a fan of caramels & pralines than ganache, I guess. I bought so many of these, I was hoping that orange & mint would be a caramel, or raspberry, too. They're all ganaches so far! & very very subtle flavor. I like that they aren't too sweet but I would prefer to actually taste the flavor on the label more. As it is, they all taste essentially the same.

The pralines are really good, though. I had the pistachio one so far & am pleased.

The banana caramel is a super creamy fluffy caramel, which is nice, but again, the banana is very subtle. I don't want fake flavor, I imagine this is real banana, but they could stand to up the flavor profile just a bit!

I have many more of these to eat & will update my review when I'm done!

Stepping into Pastille is an incredible experience - absolute chocolate heaven! From the bars to the individual, beautiful chocolate bonbons (the caramel, strawberry white chocolate, & cherry were divine) to the brownie (amazing!🤩), we couldn't choose a favorite because they were all so incredible! The customer service is top-notch & the store is elegant & smells delicious. Will be back to try their other goodies & hot chocolate, definitely recommend Pastille!

La façade vibrante de couleurs & la jolie murale d'Inséparables sur le côté ont immédiatement attiré notre attention.

Leur enseigne, qui annonçait également la vente de crème glacée, a piqué notre curiosité, évidemment. Ce que nous avons découvert à l'intérieur était bien plus qu'une simple crème glacée. La boutique regorgeait de chocolats artisanaux, de barres de chocolat aux saveurs variées, de tartinade, de bretzels enrobés, de biscuits, de brownies & bien plus encore.

Nous avons choisi une boîte de 10 chocolats individuels, & chaque bouchée était un pur délice, démontrant le savoir-faire exceptionnel de cette chocolaterie. Leurs créations témoignent d'un amour & d'une passion pour le chocolat qui transparaît dans chaque détail.

Évidemment, nous ne pouvions pas quitter sans goûter à leur crème glacée, délicieusement enrobée de chocolat noir à 64%, saveur lime-mandarine. C'était une véritable explosion de fraîcheur, parfaite pour un jour ensoleillé.

Avec sa vaste sélection de délicieuses sucreries & son ambiance accueillante, nous sommes impatients de revenir & de découvrir d'autres trésors chocolatés.

C'est la façade de cette petite chocolaterie qui m'a attirée : très mignonne. L'intérieur l'est tout autant, avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Les chocolats sont sublimes, de véritables petites oeuvres d'art, aussi beaux que bons.

Each chocolate piece is an art by itself & a great celebration to the eyes. The taste is very fine & smooth. If you are promised a flavour, your taste buds can rejoice & recognize it. I just tasted 6 flavors & they were ALL out of this world. My best picks are the pistachio, earl gray, & guave flavours. I cannot wait to taste more flavours.L

I bought the 4 pack of turtles (I forget what they called them, but they are the standard caramel, pecan, covered in chocolate) & they were quite possibly the most delicious dessert I've had in Montreal. I didn't get a chocolate chip cookie but I wish I had. Great service as well.

One of the only 3 chocolaterie in montreal that I know for sure makes their own chocolate liqueur. Went there a few months ago since I bake a lot as a hobby. I needed cocao nibs & cocao butter, & this place was one of the few that could sell me some since most chocolateries do not make their own chocolate from scratch. I also had some chocolate bars & they were sublime. 100% recommended.

Absolutely the best brownies I've had in the city. &, during the winter months, the absolutely best hot chocolate you can find. Made with real melted chocolate & just a hint of milk, it's generous & comforting in equal measure. I can also recommend their individual chocolate pieces (pictured). The varieties from passion fruit to cardamon, gianduja, Tonka Bean & truffle were all excellent. Not overpowering at all & the quality of the chocolate is excellent. A little pricey at $2.5 each but worth it. But if you're worried about value, the brownies are a steal as each one can easily feed two people each (they're incredibly dense). Quick & friendly service also. Highly recommended.

Omg! I have never tried chocolates so delicious & made with so much love & dedication! The details in each dome are spectacular the flavors are so vibrant! We had a box of around 40 & each one was an experience. This is a place you must visit if you really want to taste a real chocolat!
