The restaurant is beautifully decorated, inside & outside. The food is both beautiful & delicious. Service was a bit underwhelming, food took over an hour & the whole 3 hour we were there, they never came to check on us. We had to go get them just to get our water refilled.View more
The croque monsieur was terrific! As a heads up, it's probably big enough to share. Beautiful upscale patio. Wait staff was friendly & accommodating.View more
90 dollars for brunch for two, yet after tipping the waitress deemed the tip not to be enough. She said you should tip at least %15 otherwise waitresses who earn less than minimum wage'have to pay'?. I don't know what they have to pay but if the manager of this restaurant charges 90 bucks for a brunch for two, it's shameful that its waitresses get paid under minimum wage & need to rely on strangers' kindness for their living. This was the first place I visited in Montreal, & the waitress's comments left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food was just okay, especially for the price.View more
I went to Le Passé Composé for brunch with a couple of friends, & we had such a lovely time. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm, modern, & elegant vibe.
I ordered the Champêtre, & it honestly blew me away. The combination of flavors & textures was so thoughtful & creative - a poached duck egg on brioche, wild mushrooms, pulled pork, & a creamy sauce. The crispy potato chips added such a perfect finishing touch. Every bite was balanced without feeling heavy - truly next level.
We came to catch up & relax, & this place delivered on every front: amazing food, great service, & a beautiful ambiance. Le Passé Composé is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates an elevated brunch in Montreal.View more
Amazing new location. I like it a lot more than the old one. The menu is similar & the moelle is my favourite! Try it. It's worth it.View more
🦆 Foie Gras - Absolutely amazing! Melt-in-your-mouth texture, rich & silky - this one's a must-try. ✨
🦴 Bone Marrow - Would skip. Way too oily for my taste - just not worth it.
🍞 French Toast - Deep-fried, slightly greasy but hits that comfort food vibe. Not bad, just not exciting.
👀 Spotted some dishes from Harbour at the next table - looked pretty good! Might check them out next time. 👌View more
Pricey, food came cold.
Staff did not know the menu.
Many things missing on the menu.
The staff decided to replace something on our order without telling us.
Disappointed.View more
Really nice brunch. Its more on the expensive side but its worth it. Location is a bit outside of old montreal so not as crowded. Wonderful for brunchView more
food was really good, I got the eggs Benedict with mushrooms (it has a fancier name but in forgetting!) & a cocktail with matcha. The cocktail was really good as it had jalapeno in it which I didn't except to like but it had a really nice balance! The eggs Benedict was filling & very good.View more
It was delicious, looked beautiful & portions were large. 10/10 recommended.View more
I visited this restaurant for the first time today & let me tell you it was amazing! The terrace is absolutely beautiful, very nice views. I ordered the Mediterranean grilled cheese & it did not disappoint, def top 3 best grilled cheeses I've ever had. I'd also like give an extra thanks to Alex my server. He was incredibly attentive & great at his job! 100% recommend 😃View more
Best service that almost beat the food. Amazing food & atmosphere. Drinks were better hot rather than iced imo.View more
Good food (minus a burnt croque monsieur), bad service (hour wait for food, came out bit by bit, forgot sides). Tip reflected that, which the staff attempted to shame us into increasing. Wild experience. Enjoyed my Portuguese grilled cheese, but $32 menu price was a little steep. Tasty though.View more
Les plats sont excellents & très beaux. Par contre, c'est excessivement copieux. Nous étions 6 personnes, & seulement une personne a fini son assiette. Cela fait des plats assez cher pour un brunch & avec du gaspillage.View more
