Review Summary

Many reviews highlight a wide supper menu at Pascal Le Boucher, but the fries are the standout and are praised as the best fries you can find in Montreal. They recall Belgian style fries, with a double fry technique that creates a perfect golden crunch, and they are said to be fried in beef fat for a deeper, richer flavor. Prices run a bit higher than elsewhere, yet the quality of products and the focus on local producers explains the premium. Service is consistently described as amazing, with enthusiastic staff and warm hospitality, and the overall experience is viewed as top notch without arrogance or inflated price tags.
