Visiting this cafe in the heart of Montreal was such a amazing experience, finding an authentic lunch style sandwich places is very difficult when you are just visiting a city, & when I found this place I was so lucky. The design & layout of this place was well thought out, the location is in a commercial area in the heart of downtown Montreal where is very inviting & designed very well. The service was fast, & everything was very fresh & made with high-quality ingredients. The pricing was very competitive & didn't hurt the pocket as much. There are options to choose from. Also, depending on what you're vegetarian to having even steak. I would give this a five out of five just for the authenticity & the quality that they're serving at the price point. Whenever I am back in the city, I will definitely be visiting this café again for the fries also were amazing.
I had a smoked salmon sandwich with truffle fries for lunch on a Friday. Pros: The sandwich was very filling & tasty. Ingredients tasted fresh, especially the bread. The café also has an incredibly cute interior. The young woman who works at the counter, I think a local college student, was very kind & friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but she kindly wrote down a few off-the-beaten-path spots for me to check out when I mentioned I was visiting Montréal from New York City. Cons: My only critique of the food is that, as other reviewers have mentioned, the portion of fries served as a side is a bit excessive. It's not a side of fries but an entire basket filled to the brim. I was only able to finish maybe 1/4 of the fries. & I'm someone who loves fries! I know that potatoes are relatively inexpensive, but it does seems wasteful since I doubt many people take a to-go box for all those leftover fries & they probably end up in the trash. Overall a good lunch experience! I'd love to visit again to try some of their other menu items, especially their more Italian offerings.
Cafe crema is so good I can't even wait to finish it to write the review. The taste is very well balanced & the most suitable proportion for a summer wave.
Parma Café was where I had my first meal when I got to MTL, & I'm so glad it was. The food is great & I thought the prices were fair. The view while you eat is also beautiful, & the foods gets ready pretty fast. Totally recommend. My personal favorite meal was the Rosé Pasta (I forgot the exact name of the dish), but I had it more times than I can count & it felt like a comfort food. Delicious!!

I recently visited Parma Cafe & tried their Saumon Fume sandwich, alongside the Parma Club & it was fantastic. In my opinion the the combination of smoked salmon, olive tapenade, fresh greens, & red onions was perfect - definitely my favorite. The combo meal included a surprisingly large portion of truffle fries, which were absolutely delicious & a pleasant surprise. Did NOT expect so much fries. If you are with someone it wouldn't be a bad idea to just get one & share. Parma Cafe has a great atmosphere & delicious food. Thought it would be a light small snack but left feeling very full.
Elie found this café & suggested that we go & discover it together. To set up is a little bit weird, you order from the main cash. They place your order you find a seat & they serve it to you. There's nothing weird about it. It's just confusing when you get in because they don't necessarily explain it to you. we've seen other places give a kind of number that you place on your table to identify one to the person that they know what to expect & two for the server to bring the food to the right table. We ordered a couple of sandwiches & a Caprese salad we decided to go with the large size which in all honesty was a little bit too big . There was cheese & tomatoes, which is great, however, way too much balsamic & not enough basil. For people who have travelled around & have eaten various types of Caprese salads (not that we're being snobby) but this was not one of the better ones sadly. The sandwich was OK, the bread was really good. However, we didn't really care much for the chopped up lettuce inside & the lack of certain toppings like bacon for instance . There were just a few strips, barely enough to cover the bread area. The fries, however, came in the gigantic basket which we were unable to finish. It was OK to visit. The decor inside is nice. a nice place to visit if you're looking for a quick breakfast in a downtown area of Montreal.
Arrived around opening hour & staff already seemed incredibly busy fulfilling online orders. Unfortunately, I waited over 5 minutes to get my order taken (there was no line) & over 20 minutes to get my panini. Atmosphere felt chaotic with some of the staff members yelling at each other. I originally planned on doing some work at the cafe but the environment did not feel welcoming. Otherwise, the panini was tasty & the portion size was generous. Perhaps I dropped in at the wrong time!
