If you're ever in Montreal YOU NEED to stop by Parma cafe! This cafe is not only aesthetically pleasing but the sandwiches are insanely good. Staff greets you the second you walk in with the friendliest smiles. I will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing time at Parma Café yesterday! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, & the lattes, just as good 😊

The girl at the counter was the sweetest person ever, & really contributed positively to our experience. Definitely a must try in Montréal, especially the sandwiches!

Visited this spot on October 2025 - Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, & friendly management despite a rough first impression at the counter.

Food: The sandwiches & fries were delicious, with generous portions - definitely worth it!

Service: Unfortunately, the'younger' cashier / barista seemed quite rude & uninterested. When we asked about our missing fries halfway through the meal, he simply said'I know,' which felt dismissive. Luckily, what seemed to be the manager was much friendlier & welcoming - smiling, attentive, & much easier to approach.

Atmosphere: Cozy & pleasant vibe, although there aren't many tables - more bar-style seating. Still, a nice spot to sit down & enjoy a good lunch.

Overall, despite the initial service hiccup, we really enjoyed our meal & will definitely be coming back!

Parma never disappoints! The staff are always friendly, & the quality of their sandwiches is great. The bread is super fresh.
This one's the steak capicolo épices, vraiment délicieux! The other was the steak sandwich, also amazing. Highly recommend.

This place is EXACTLY what we hope look for when we're on vacation: A casual, non-pretentious place with food that is absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the charcuterie Panino & my wife had a Porchetta panino. Both were literally the best paninis we've had in North America & much of Italy. They both featured a special'relish' (for lack of a better word) that was a mix of lettuce, peppers pearl onions & exquisite seasoning. I wish I could have that on every sandwich I eat - forever! The mixtures is both exceptionally tasty & a bit spicy. When I took my first bite it was like a party in my mouth! I knew almost immediately that it was one of the best sandwiches that I'd ever had. Then my wife gave me a bite of her porchetta panino & THAT was even better. The seasoning on that pork just exploded my taste buds… & I'm not even a big fan of pork. One of the keys to the greatness of these sandwiches is the amazing bread. It has a perfect combination of a delicious, delicate center with a perfect, gourmet-crunchy crust. Not too hard or thick, but just right for marrying with the perfection of the ingredients.
Not to be outdone were the staff! They were all every bit as wonderful as the food, & so welcoming & helpful. My wife & I truly can't recommend the Parma Café enough. They served us a meal that we kept reflecting on with great fondness the rest of our trip. In fact, there is a very famous deli in Montreal called Schwartz's which is known around the world for its amazing sandwiches. We ate there the day before & it was, indeed, good , but if I had to choose between the two, I'd eat at Parma Café hands down every time. Enjoy.

Great spot for fresh deli food & desserts. Bread is crisp & fresh. Sandwiches are tasty. Price is reasonable. Atmosphere is perfect & the staff is friendly. If you don't have a lot of time this is great for take-out.
