We are a party of three. We ordered steamed oysters (1 each), fried soft shell crabs, the famous chicken, beef & veggie, & stir fried rice noodles. & a fish soup.
The food is delicious. The serving is huge that we packed three boxes to go. Service is adequate. But it's expensive. The bill is around 180. That's the reason I didn't give the five star.
Tout était parfait!! La veille du jour de l'an chinois, un lieu rempli de clients & un service efficace! Les assiettes sont savoureuses, belles & généreuses! Wow! Enfin de vrais plats chinois!! Merci ❤?
J'ai commandé pour emporter le plat de boeuf à l'orange. Je ne m'attendais pas à manger autant de gras, chaque morceau était fait soit le tiers ou la moitié de gras!

The staff remains 100% enthusiastic. They still wear friendly smiles & are always attentive to customer service. The meals are always delicious, & the kitchen always seasons them perfectly.

Delicious fresh tasting Cantonese food! Parking in the lot is often packed & difficult to find. Restaurant as well is packed without a reservation most of the time for dinner service

Food is good but i was very disappointed when I ordered duck plate waiter said there was no more left but saw multiple ones be served to guests that got there after us...
Papa Jackie never disappoints. We were a group of 10, I reserved the day before. Didn't wait too long once we arrived. The crew was clearly overwhelmed, but still gave a wonderful service. Definitely recommend & it's a BYOW.

We come here basically every week or so, & they might be the best Chinese of Southshore, & maybe even Montreal 😋
I wish the restaurant was ever slightly cleaner but I think its basically impossible, they wash it all the time its just with the quantity of people coming in & out theres bound to be signs of passage.

Initially we went to the restaurant to sit down, but understandably, there is a long wait for a table on Saturday night, so we ordered take out instead. We ordered Yin Yang fried rice & dried fried beef noodles.
Usually food is always great here. Food for this takeout is decent today. i would say above average compared to other Chinese restaurants.
Had to wait over 20 mins to write down our takeout order because kitchen close at 9pm on Saturday night, & they said they are too busy usually on Saturday night in the last 90 mins before kitchen close. Received the food only after close to 40 mins from the time we arrived.
I would suggest, dear readers, that on Thursday to Saturday night, order takeout instead of dining in, & go straight to the Cashier counter where you pay for the bills to order takeouts. Absolutely do not expect the waiters to take your takeout orders. You will wait a LONG time.
I would also suggest you order the food from Fantuan or UberEats through deliveries to save yourself the wait time of the food, because it is a long wait in evenings. (Price for UberEats & Fantuan is similar to restaurant takeout or deliveries, no markups in the app like other restaurants :)
Lunch service usually is pretty good service.
The counter lady with glasses was the onky person who was very nice & helpful.
Edit: useful info: they do not accept AMEX even though on the amex website, it says they do & its not written on the restaurant's website.
Le service à la clientèle, par rapport à la commande & la distribution de la nourriture est très bien. Toutefois, face au fort achalandage de l'endroit, il n'y a pas d'espace d'attente, l'entrée est completement bloquée par du matériel, il n'y a pas de place pour circuler, car le peu d'espace restant est obstruée par les clients. Les clients dans le vestibules sont entassés les uns sur les autres.
I called for a reservation to avoid line up. I love the variety in their menu. Considering that the restaurant was full, the dishes that we ordered were served in less than 10 minutes. Our server was very attentive & accomodating.
