AMAZING, this was my first time here & I had the spicy beef noodle dish with the cucumbers, it was addicting & mouth tingly, very cool feeling. Just wish there was more beef in the dish as it was delicious.The waitress was SO kind & patient with me, she helped me choose a dish that would be best suitable to my taste. Kindness like that can be so rare these days so this was a great respite to my day. Guilin, renowned as the nature paradise of China, boasts the most exquisite scenery on earth. & the Guilin rice noodles is theirs special. After getting the rice noodles, I paired them with sour bamboo shoots, sour beans, boiled eggs & fried peanuts...I have a bowl of rice noodles that was unique to me. I ate it quietly, & there was still a small mouthful left. I used the small bowl of rice noodle soup given by the store to heat up the rice noodles, side dishes & brine. It was like entering a new realm. I looked up & drank it all, & then I felt comfortable.Voir plus

This is possibly the best noodle place I have ever been to. The service was great & straightforward, but the dishes were absolutely fantastic. As an out of towner new to Montreal I feel like the local cuisine can be a little on the bland side. However, this place hits the nail on the head. Good quality Chinese noodles. The sesame/peanut noodles were our least favorite (too one-note) but the regular Guilin noodles served with the side of drinkable broth were very good & very authentic. They just opened & the service is excellent too.Voir plus
