We got the samosas, butter chicken, chicken korma, & chicken tikka masala, with rice & garlic naan. Everything felt very authentic & delicious! Highly recommend!
Great food & service & cozy vibe !! Will definitely be coming again. If you like garlic naan, know they make it very garlicy & deliciously here :)
Work in the area & heard good things so decided to try for myself at lunch.
The inside ambiance are nothing special, a little dark & dated, but warm & also authentic. Upon entering you are pretty quickly greeted & welcomed warmly by the staff & you can pick your own table.
After speaking with the waitress I decided to go with veggie samosas & the butter chicken thali plate. I was feeling ambitious.
I thought the samosas were delicious. The are extremely heartly, dense with filling & pretty heavy in a good of of well seasoned & rich but 2 before a main is a lot & I can eat.
Now the main event was also excellent. Thalli plate comes with assortment of small portions of butter chicken, curry , papadam, naan, rice, a tandori chicken leg & a little salad. Everything was delicious, the tandori chicken in particular stood out for me but the naan & butter chicken was great as well. They can lose the salad but it doesnt hurt.
Overall it came pretty quickly, was fresh , tasty, great portion sizes & variety. I was happy with service, food & reasonable price. Ill be back.
Food was very tasty must try paneer masala with garlic naan, Chana samosa always best & very nice staff nd service.
Cosy restaurant in Verdun on the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue & Verdun Avenue. Delicious cuisine. I had the Chicken Curry Thali. Excellent. Naan was super too. Friendly service & relaxed atmosphere. Lots of tempting appetizers & dishes on the menu. I am looking forward to trying their Chicken Vindaloo. I highly recommend this place.
