Pacini offers a stylish and relaxing setting with a warm, attentive staff and a generally lively atmosphere, and the overall experience is described as solid, dependable Italian dining with good value given the decor and service. The menu features well prepared pasta and pizza options, including many gluten free choices with attention to contamination, and the bread bar is repeatedly highlighted as a plus. It works well for families and celebrations, and many diners note friendly service, timely attention, and dishes that arrive well made and flavorful such as lasagna and pizzas with tasty toppings. Yet some visits raise concerns about value for money and portions that feel small, with reports of higher prices for what is offered and meals arriving slowly or being inconsistent. There are tastier notes too, with some dishes described as salty or not up to expectations for the price, and a few comments about slow or disjointed service on busy nights. Overall Pacini provides a pleasant, family friendly Italian option with appealing decor and a largely positive service vibe, but guests should be aware of possible variability in pace and portion size and premium pricing.
