Review Summary

Pacini offers a casual dining experience that many guests find reliable for family outings, particularly due to the popular bread bar and kid-friendly menu options. While some patrons praise the welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and tasty pizza or pasta dishes, others express disappointment regarding inconsistent food quality, such as overcooked items or small portion sizes that do not justify the higher price points. Service experiences vary significantly, ranging from highly attentive and professional to instances of long wait times and disorganization. Overall, it is viewed as a convenient spot for celebrations or quick meals, though some diners feel the value does not always match the cost.

Visited on a Wednesday to take advantage of the kids' meal special. We had a large group including four children. We ordered the Poulet Grillé Romarin, the Cod in a Crust (Morue en croûte), & a variety of kids' meals (Duo Fromage, Spaghetti Bolognese, Mini Lapin, & Mafalda Alfredo).

Overall, the experience was decent but unremarkable.

The mains were cooked fine, the kids didn't finish their food. The self-serve bread bar was-as always-a nice touch, though nothing stood out as exceptional. It's a reliable spot for a family mid-week dinner, but nothing to write home about.

Positively surprised! Went in with small kids & it was a great experience. It's just simple to order pasta with them, they loved it, it was well served & the food better than expected. Service was excellent!

Wow! Pacini. This was an Old classic when I was growing up & this place brought back so many fond memories. Fast forward several decades later & things have certainly changed. I took my family here thinking i would introduce Pacini to a new generation. Well let me start by saying never again, the food was mediocre , the price per dish is ridiculous ( then again all restaurants think they are 5 star worthy) my kids have gluten intolerance, so I was pleased to see that they actually had several options, however they charge out the wazoo for replacements. Word of advice you should have the same pricing for a substitue, 5$ on 1 item ,2$ on another etc. Having revamped my entire pantry to my kids intolerance needs. I know the cost & It's almost like they just added additional cost here & there just to take advantage of those with dietary requirement. The service was really the only thing that was worth the $$. If you are a senior & don't really cook & are not picky. Then this is the place for you. If you are a family with or without allergies or intolerance. don't waste your time & money. I am sure you make better pasta & pizza at home & for a fraction of the cost. The reality is that food quality is so poor these days in restaurants that even the simple classics are a miss. Pacini! I give you props for trying to advance with the times, but you're pricing yourself out of the market with food that isn't worth the cost. I expected more & sadly got way less. But the bill was not a reflections of that let me tell you! In the end , this is another validation that the hospitality industry needs to change & get back to quality at all levels. Pacini is no exception.

This place might work for families with kids, its affordable, offer free toast & butter (unlimited) that you go grab yourself which is cool, they also have a dish where u can order both pizza & pasta at the same time but man it didn't taste any good. I didn't like either. We ordered dessert which is tiramisu comes in a tiny little cup which kinda shocked me & it also didn't taste good. Service was good the waitress served us was nice, its crowded on weekends you might have to wait for like 15-20 mins to get seated but its a huge restaurants with a lot of tables.

Good food & service. For a kid friendly restaurant it was surprising that there were no changing tables.

The pizza portion for kids must be labeled as pizza portion for kids aged from 18 months up to 3 years old. It was so tiny & light than even my kid, who doesn't eat a lot, said I'am gonna have hungry, we do go to have real lunch.😭😭
