Servuce was very friendly & efficient . Decore is nice .Ate lunch at Pacini 1st time since Caseys closed in Marche Centrale .
The soup was pretty good, but the caesar salad was lacking . & skimpy small portion .
Could be a better portion for the souo salad lunch specials.
The chair wasn't comfortable. If under 5ft6 choose a booth seating
Not the wooden chairs .
The concept of pour your own water , not a fan the bottle is heavy . Prefer the waiter to pour it
Will go back & try the pasta .

The restaurant was very nice & low key, not too much happening, music wasn't blasting like other italian restaurants I've been to.

The restaurant features a bread bar where you can spread different butters on bread then toast them, but only 2 of the 4 butters had any substance, the pesto & tomato basil to be precise.

The main courses were ok, the lasagna bolorosa was good, but I paid extra for meatballs & they were lackluster in taste & also warm instead of hit like the lasagna which let to a weird feeling when eating both. My wife's spaghetti a la bologna was bland & tasteless, as well as very dry from the lack of sauce.

Place looks nice & clean. Service was good a bit slow only 2-3 servers for multiple tables but very nice staff. The food I ordered wasn't good I'm italien & those pasta were horrendous it was overcooked & felt mushy in my mouth which other people at other tables complained about aswell . I took the sea food pasta the seafood was ok I didn't get sick from it but way too salty like they wash it with salt & didn't rince it enough before cooking it. Me & my sister dish were overcooked but her friend dish was undercooked they don't know how to cook pasta. The food is mid my friend asked her dish to be changed because like I said mushy & even her second dish wasn't wow the rest of the table didn't bother changing their dish at this point. The only thing that I ate that was good was my italien salad. My friend said her ravioli was good but was similar to lulus pasta but less good & her sister had a good lasagna. The restaurant is kinda empty for a Sunday night. My strawberry margarita was ok but not what I expected it didn't come in a margarita glass. What was good was the free bread station when you take a main dish.

Service lent pour un jeudi où le restaurant est presque vide.
Nourriture moins que bonne, sauce du poulet ramarino «déguelasse», la salade césar fade, pas de goût, limite chaude.
Très décevant.
Je ne sais pas pourquoi les gens y vont, si c'est juste pour le pain gratuit!!!!
Je ne retournerais pas c'est sûr.

J'ai demandé 2 fois un verre d'eau. J'ai pris le spaghetti bolognais mais ça goûtait le ragout de Noël mais avec 0 épices. Fade! Les cannes de sauce tomattes du dollorama sont meilleur! Les pâtes trop cuites. Pas de sel ni poivre au table ni de parmesan. Il faut demander pour piments. Pas de service. J'ai donné un tip de 15% mais j'ai regretté...mon repas a couté 27.95 avec taxe+tip! 🤦?♀?

J'adore manger au Pacini! La nourriture est excellente & toujours très généreuse pour le prix! Le nouveau restaurant est MAGNIFIQUE! La déco & le style du restaurant rendent l'ambiance décontractée & épurée. J'y retournerai certainement!
