Such an amazing experience ❤️ Creative interesting tastes & textures. A real gastronomic & esthetic pleasure. Impeccable service. As recommended in the menu, we ordered 3 dishes per person, &, honestly, they are not so small. I think, even 2 per person could be enough, but, obviously, we wanted to try more :) We paid about 190 CAD total plus tips for 6 dishes & a dessert. Worth every penny. Unfortunately, we were absolutely immersed by the taste, so we forgot to take some pictures.View more

Menu saisonnier & plats uniques. Ils utilisent des produits frais & locaux ce qui rend la dégustation encore plus intéressante grâce a l'histoire des produits québécois. Les serveurs connaissaient bien le menu & font de très bonne recommandations. Définitivement une expérience à vivre!View more

We found O'Thym somewhat by accident, but what a find! This was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip to Quebec. Amazing food, excellent service & delightful ambiance (even if the surrounding neighborhood seems a little sketchy). Also love that they are BYOB & a zero food waste kitchen. Highly recommended.View more

Apportez votre vin dans ce petit restaurant charmant & délicieux. La carte fait saliver autant à la lecture qu'à la dégustation. Le cadre n'est pas trop bruyant & le service impeccable. Heureusement que l'on peut amener son propre alcool car les prix sont vraiment élevés. On comprend complètement que ça s'explique par l'excellente qualité des produits servis qui sont en plus travaillé de façon excellente & parfaite! Néanmoins les portions excessivement petites des assiettes style tapas font monté vite la facture. On vient là pour déguster mais pas se rassasier :)View more

been here 3x over past few years. always incredibly fresh fare that really does seem farm-to-table, & interesting ideas around flavor pairings, etc. i love that they have an ample selection of non-meat-centered dishes too, which are sometimes relegated to side dish territory in such high falutin' establishments. that said, ive had some great canards & agneus here as well. incredible desserts often on the more savory side. & really a pretty great value all around for this type of place. one of my favorites in mtl that i dont think gets the hype it deserves. my one minorminorminor gripe was that last time some of the dishes were kind of similar to the time id been prior, a year before. maybe slightly more variety year to year could not hurt. but only pertains to a couple if i recall correctly & really not a major blemish on a great restaurant. 5* easy.View more

What a great chef owned BYO nouveau French restaurant! The dishes are inspired, creative. perfectly prepared & work brilliantly on the taste buds. Service is efficient & excellent, first class. I must also mention that as diners from the US we were treated extremely well. Our cell phones did not work to transmit the menu so the server patiently told us what the menu choices written in French were in English. Truly excellent.View more
