"We found O'Thym somewhat by accident, but what a find! This was our favorite restaurant of our entire trip to Quebec. Amazing food, excellent service and delightful ambiance (even if the surrounding neighborhood seems a little sketchy). Also love that they are BYOB and a zero food waste kitchen. Highly recommended."
