the staff was incredible! Deepika is kind & patient & such a kind hearted, pure lady that i really appreciate! I've never met anyone that turned my day around & has great customer service. She is so great at talking to people & incredible! It was a blast getting to talk to her & order food!

The place was packed, & I almost left, but honestly the staff made me stay! I've never tried any of the food before but I honestly would recommend!!

I even took down the staff member's name because I wanted to mention her in particular: Deepika is an absolute gem to be around! I'm so glad I decided to stop by, & I'm even da more glad that she struck up a conversation as I was considering eating here or not. Definietely found my new late night spot :))

Had a great experience at Osmow's Downtown. The service was really quick, & the staff were friendly & helpful. My shawarma was also very fresh, tasty, & made exactly the way I like. The quality of the food & customer service was top notch. Definitely going to be coming back again!
