Had a great experience at Osmow's Downtown. The service was really quick, & the staff were friendly & helpful. My shawarma was also very fresh, tasty, & made exactly the way I like. The quality of the food & customer service was top notch. Definitely going to be coming back again!

Nothing bad, but nothing great either.

Food: 3/5 (at least for what I tried, the lamb wasn't very tasty & was served closer to cold than hot).

Customer service: 5/5.

Atmosphere: 3/5, mainly due to the three large posters on the glass in front of the tables, which block the outside view. These could easily be moved to a single TV screen on the side instead.

Price: 5/5 for the current special offers. I got the lamb plate for $13 plus tax (with the coke & taxes it was $17 which is decent)

Overall: This was a 3.5-3.8 experience, so I'd round it up to a 4 mainly for the good customer service & price.

Very tasty & affordable shawarma! Can't imagine I could get such a huge bowl with chicken for only 9.99$ in 2026. The stuff is also very friendly.
