Très déçu aujourd'hui. En tant que client fidèle d'Osmow's, je recommande habituellement ce restaurant à tout le monde. Cependant, le nouveau Doritos Wrap que j'ai commandé contenait une viande froide & sèche sans fraîcheur & 2$ de olus pour lamb On aurait dit qu'elle était restée longtemps dans un bac avant d'être servie. C'est regrettable de voir la qualité diminuer alors que la chaîne gagne en popularité. J'espère que la direction prendra ce genre de commentaire au sérieux.

Malheureusement cetait pas la première fois que je remarque da surtout depuid qui coupe plus la visnd directement c devenu imenjable

Great experience at Osmow's! Food was fresh & tasty, the ambiance was nice, & the staff were friendly, fast, & professional. Will definitely be back.

Nothing bad, but nothing great either.

Food: 3/5 (at least for what I tried, the lamb wasn't very tasty & was served closer to cold than hot).

Customer service: 5/5.

Atmosphere: 3/5, mainly due to the three large posters on the glass in front of the tables, which block the outside view. These could easily be moved to a single TV screen on the side instead.

Price: 5/5 for the current special offers. I got the lamb plate for $13 plus tax (with the coke & taxes it was $17 which is decent)

Overall: This was a 3.5-3.8 experience, so I'd round it up to a 4 mainly for the good customer service & price.

Ordered takeout chicken shawarma, discovered it was beef when I got home.

Poutine was just alright, though the lamb was good.

Good place if you're craving heavy filling food & don't mind the occasional wrong order.
