Nothing bad, but nothing great either.

Food: 3/5 (at least for what I tried, the lamb wasn't very tasty & was served closer to cold than hot).

Customer service: 5/5.

Atmosphere: 3/5, mainly due to the three large posters on the glass in front of the tables, which block the outside view. These could easily be moved to a single TV screen on the side instead.

Price: 5/5 for the current special offers. I got the lamb plate for $13 plus tax (with the coke & taxes it was $17 which is decent)

Overall: This was a 3.5-3.8 experience, so I'd round it up to a 4 mainly for the good customer service & price.

Ordered takeout chicken shawarma, discovered it was beef when I got home.

Poutine was just alright, though the lamb was good.

Good place if you're craving heavy filling food & don't mind the occasional wrong order.
