Adel est le top du top, il pourrait être un chef Michelin. Il rend l'atmosphère agréable & quand tout devient trop lourd à porter il le seul à me redonner le sourire. Meilleur expérience d'osmow's. Merci beaucoup & je conseil à tout le monde de venir.

This was my go to spot for my recent trip to Montreal. Great service, great food, great prices, great portion size. Nothing can beat a shawarma & Osmows did a great job.

Had a great experience at Osmow's Downtown. The service was really quick, & the staff were friendly & helpful. My shawarma was also very fresh, tasty, & made exactly the way I like. The quality of the food & customer service was top notch. Definitely going to be coming back again!

Très déçu aujourd'hui. En tant que client fidèle d'Osmow's, je recommande habituellement ce restaurant à tout le monde. Cependant, le nouveau Doritos Wrap que j'ai commandé contenait une viande froide & sèche sans fraîcheur & 2$ de olus pour lamb On aurait dit qu'elle était restée longtemps dans un bac avant d'être servie. C'est regrettable de voir la qualité diminuer alors que la chaîne gagne en popularité. J'espère que la direction prendra ce genre de commentaire au sérieux.

Malheureusement cetait pas la première fois que je remarque da surtout depuid qui coupe plus la visnd directement c devenu imenjable

This was a terrible experience by their staff. Google says they close at 4am. DEEPIKA & another staff member told us we cannot sit there as of 3am. If that is the case, please change the dine in hours to an earlier time. It takes 5 minutes to clean an area after a diner ate there, & it appeared that the staff had no interest in keeping the restaurant clean. We visited from Mississauga, & I can tell you that Sam Osmow himself from Streetsville would not be happy with the service & food quality upheld by the staff at this location. Will not return again.
