This was a nice place to have a Christmas dinner. Our server Robin was great & the food was good, though I wouldn't really recommend it for kids. My kiddos are fairly adventurous eaters but some of this (the beet ravioli, butternut squash soup) was a little too adventurous for them.
Yesterday morning was a great experience, I was served by Marianne, she was very friendly & attentive to us. She made sure we add coffee all breakfast, she was very nice to our daughter, & brought her pencils to draw. The food was pretty good as well, I loved my omelette. Very satisfied. A great way to spend Christmas!
Our family Christmas dinner was an exceptional experience. The service was phenomenal, & every course was prepared to a high standard, offering a true culinary delight. For anyone visiting Montreal, I highly recommend dining here; the Christmas Day menu was truly outstanding.
My worse experience in Montreal, the greeter was excellent but the server (M) was terrible. A nightmare in the Christmas morning , starting with her non professional look , non welcoming with anger problem on everyone . She never came to our table. , we had to call the receptionist to call her. I made 4 orders. & then she asked me what else for the girl!!!how much we gonna order 4 main orders. She brought the coffee & slammed it on the table with a sound. She brought the oatmeal with no spoon or asked if I want to add maple syrup or brown sugar, I had to ask for all of this , she brought the maple syrup which was spilled on a plate. & said sorry!!!! No dear in a 5 star hotel you do it properly , you don't over fill the container & let it spill. We could not even ask for water as she answered in a rude way to a near by table when they asked for water , very noisy atmosphere & she made sure of that by making all the possible noise when she moves & takes plates on all tables , you feel you are in a cheap Resturant. I wanted to talk to the manager but he was no where, not surprised!!

Très belle expérience au Osco! Nous avons eu Rene Gilles comme serveur & il a fait toute la différence dans notre expérience, service impeccable ! Très bonne nourriture, je recommande.
Repas succulent, excellent service de Maridolfi , ambiance agréable & surtout pas de musique nous pouvions nous parler aisément. Événement MTL à table . Merci encore Maridolfi pour cette belle soirée

Excellent moment chez OSCO !!
Nous avons très bien mangé & avons été servis par Ivan, qui était super sympa & très attentionné. La nourriture était délicieuse & l'ambiance agréable.
