La mission de la Brasserie 4 Origines est de commémorer le patrimoine brassicole de Montréal alors que cette grande ville continue de prospérer. Notre brasserie a été fondée pour rendre hommage à la communauté locale, pour innover et collaborer avec d'autres entreprises locales, pour aider à éduquer les clients sur le processus de brassage et, par-dessus tout, pour brasser une bière indépendante de qualité dont les Montréalais peuvent être fiers !

La bière est bonne mais l'assiette de burger ne vient pas avec des frites. Ça m'a coûté 31$ pour un burger tout nu (genre dans une assiette de 5 pouces) avec une bière. Ça vaut plus la peine de prendre le special pizza avec la bière d'incluse. C'était bon mais ça ne valait malheureusement pas le prix.

Pizza was delicious nachos were ok,Im not a beer guy but my friends said beer is very good & it was a good deal 25$ for a pie & a beer. Service was on point.We will be back for a burger!!

Honnêtement, c'est très moyen comme micro... J'ai adoré le service, le staff sont des amours. L'ambiance est correcte, sans plus ni moins. La bière est relativement bonne, c'est pas wow, mais ça fait la job. La bouffe... Aïe, coup dur. «Overpriced», sous portionné, les accompagnements aux repas sont non-inclus & encore là je tiens à le redire, c'est «overpriced». J'ai commandé une burger de poulet frit & honnêtement très déçu. Poulet rempli de «tiraille» & de tendons, pratiquement aussi dur que la roche. Ma conjointe a commandé une assiette de cavatelli & pour 26$ elle avait un fond d'assiette à peine rempli... Bref, très décevant.

Une micro-brasserie à découvrir à Dorval. Nous sommes passés vendredi 9 août pour dîner & nous nous sommes régalés avec l'Origine Brass Burger & la Guédille au homard. Myriane, notre serveuse, nous a très bien guidés dans le choix des bières. Elle est très sympathique, souriante & s'assure du bien-être de ses clients, Merci Myriane.

Nice cozy vibes with a classy spin. Fun place to watch sports or hang out with friends. Bar/pub style food. It will satisfy all your fried food cravings. The fried chicken burger was on point, & the loaded fries were delicious. Not to mention, their great selection of beers! Yummy!

Had another great time at Origine Brass. Atmosphere, service, drinks & meal were excellent. Highly recommend this hidden gem. Best burger in town!!!!!

I discovered this precious place since their beginnings. The must haves "were" their burger & sourdough pizzas. However every single I have gone back their food simply fails in taste & presentation. Last night went back & decided for something different, salmon tartare, which sadly had zero taste. No seasoning, no taste. I had to ask our lovely waitress for lemon!!! If beer only is your thing then yes this is the place for you.

Nous sommes allé pour un lunch professionnel & le plat de pâtes était absolument excellent. Le burger semblait très bon aussi.

A Saturday night out with friends & family! A hidden gem in the West Island of Montreal. A local brewery with famous beers. Don't be discouraged with the outside (looks like a warehouse), the inside has a very tasty look. The stuff is very friendly & efficient. I tried the taste of 4 different kinds of beer & the Botanik is a winner. Quality to price ratio of the food is very high. Try the burger with the loaded fries! Only 4 stars since the music & band were extremely loud, tough to have conversations! Overall, a great experience.

I'm afraid that last night was our least favourite experience at Origine Brass. Our food was mediocre & overpriced especially for the octopus plate - we literally got 1 octopus tentacle for $28 - & the octopus was barely warm. My husband had a burger & said it was dry & not very good compared to other times he's had it. Not sure what happened last night but we are not sure we will be back..

Went for lunch on saturday november 25th & everything was fantastic. They even brought out crayons for my son to draw with. The beer selection was great too. Try the chicken burger & loaded fries.

The first time I went to Origine Brass, I loved it. The food, the drinks, the service, everything was amazing. I couldn't recommend it enough & told everyone I knew that they had to check it out.
Unfortunately, my last few visits have left me feeling disappointed & generally unimpressed. The following happened during my most recent visits:
- I was served an ice cold chicken burger (not just a bit "cold" like it had been sitting out for too long, but absolutely freezing like it had just come out of the freezer).
- On another occasion, we were served a pizza with a large piece of plastic in the sauce.
While these 2 incidents left much to be desired food-wise, the service remained great & call me crazy, but I still wanted to go back.
However, my latest visit has left a sour taste in my mouth, & not because of the food.
8 of us went for dinner last night. We were asked if we wanted drinks or appetizers to start. We ordered both of these things: drinks, chips & dip, & fried pickles to start. The chips & dip arrived quickly, but our other appetizer did not. Long after we finished the chips, we noticed a plate of fried pickles sitting on the counter, & it proceeded to sit there for a further 10-15 minutes. It was only brought to us when all the mains were ready.
When the food was brought to the table, we mentioned that we saw our appetizer sitting on the counter for a long while & that we hopped it would still be warm & fresh. The waitress apologized & left.
Moments later the manager came to speak to us. She asked if there was a problem. We calmly & politely explained that we didn't understand why our appetizer wasn't brought to us before our mains, when we clearly saw that the appetizer was ready well before our mains were, & it just sat on the counter. The reply we got from the manager was "There's no need to be rude."
I can assure you, we were not rude. Having worked in customer service myself for many years, I am never one to be rude to staff.
She then proceeded to explain that under the heating lamps on the counter it isn't a problem, the food stays warm. She then asked us to taste the appetizer to see if it was hot & when we told her that it was, she said "Great. So there's no problem then." & walked away.
Origine Brass, I used to love you. I really did. But everything I used to love about this place has simply gotten worse & worse every time I go & I find myself asking myself why I keep going back. I should not be being served ice cold food, I should not be finding pieces of plastic in my pizza, & I definitely should not be getting scolded & condescended to by your staff when they are the ones who were not able to offer me adequate service.
I think it's fair to say that I've given you more than enough chances. But I can assure you that I will no longer be recommending you to family & friends, & I will definitely not be coming back any time soon.

Nice Atmosphere, friendly staff & good service. Our table had a good selection of food & drink. I would recommend the meat lovers pizza but not the margarita. Cheese burgers were good & so was the fries. Chicken burger had a bit to much sauce on. Drinks wise the IPA was good but the cider was poor. Probably in the bottom 4 I have tried in Montréal.

Did not appreciate the hidden cost of some meals, example it was not clear in the pricing that the sides were not included & the server did not disclose this information. The price of the Brass Burger is 17/19, but it was not clearly identified that the sides were extra ($6 fries). I sure it is written in fine print somewhere, but it should be disclosed more obviously or by the wait staff.

Been vegetarian for 10+ years & I can say that their veggie burger is one of the Best Ive ever had & Ive had plenty! The combo tofu/sweet & sour sauce is just amazing. I wish I would of had it sooner I need this in my life. Plus they do tater tots to perfection! Their brownie dessert is SO yummy. 10/10 for the food & drinks! Although I wish they had more options for non alco beer! Oh & the staff are very helpful & sweet!

Fantastic beer & food, & the staff are so freindly.
If you like beer, this is the place to go.
Burgers, Pork Sandwich with homemade dill chips, Jerk Shrimp (not spicy but very flavourful) & Pizza's are top notch!
It's not very big so make sure to reserve way ahead.
I highly recommend it, & will definitely be going back. Cheers!!

Bonne sélection de bières. Menu limité (une page), mais somme toute varié (frites, salades, sandwichs, pizzas, burgers, etc.). Les bières comme les mets que nous avons commandés nous ont plu, & la facture n'a pas été trop salée. Aux yeux du staff, le service a été plus long qu'à l'habitude, mais c'était en toute honnêteté très raisonnable.
