En tant que restaurant de sushi végétalien, notre mission est de faire découvrir à notre communauté un nouveau style de vie à travers notre menu végane. Le propriétaire est un végétarien depuis plus d’une vingtaine d’années, et l’équipe est composée de personnel passionné pour la cuisine végane. Tous nos mets et ingrédients sont fraîchement préparés, et ils sont 100 % végétaliens.

If I could give 0 stars for the service, I would. Our server left us waiting for over an hour for our food with no check in. We had to initiate the question each time. They cited "wifi issues" & proposed zero solutions. They proposed zero estimate on how long the issue could be resolved & proposed zero reassurance that the issue would soon be resolved.
We were ignored, left waiting, offered no récompense for our time wasted.
Aside from improving your customer service, please insulate your basement, or at minimum, install a few heaters in the space. It was freezing & uncomfortable to be sitting in the space.
Finally, if you're going to implement a wifi-dependant ordering system, you should have stop-gaps in place to prevent errors like what happened from occurring again. Keep records of each order somewhere. Implement a better system. Program a sensor to alert FOH staff when the wifi goes down to jump into troubleshooting mode & retrieval of any lost orders. Literally the bare minimum.
Failure on a management scale & a worker scale. Please improve these things, until then we will be sharing our experience with friends to warn them. I won't be writing this on Google maps because I do want your restaurant to resolve these issues & succeed. Consider this an opportunity to improve.

via LibroLe service est médiocre. Leur système électronique de commande ne fonctionne pas du tout. On a attendu 1h pour que la serveuse nous dise que nos 2 commandes qui étaient placé ne sont jamais rendu. Par la suite on a dû toute re-commandé & attendre à nouveau. Je ne recommande pas le resto. La nourriture est boff mais le service est tellement épouvantable.

via LibroWhen we planned on coming to montreal this was the first place we reserved for dinner (two nights in a row)! If you're vegan you've got to try it! I was a big seafood lover before I stopped eating animal products & you can't get anything like this where I live. Loved the mock crab & salmon especially.

The food deserves a million like & stars, the waitresses is super friendly & fast to serve you (Tuesday night). However, we had several errors in or order, but since everything was delicious we didn't complain or mentioned it.
When we left, we tried to bought some food from the store at the entrance but even after 10min of wait, there's no one to serve us.
Anyway, if you want to treat yourself like a gourmet, you have to come here.
