Raw salmon is so fresh & goes really well with spicy mayo. Unagi is also rich, 3 onigiris filled me up pretty well

I'm so glad I doubled back & decided to try this onigiri shop. I got the salmon luxe (filled with raw & cooked salmon & ikura) & the raw tuna for a second onigiri. They fill the onigiri with fresh & generous amounts of fish. So good, I had to help myself to a third.

The staff were also super kind & chill.

The little shop quickly filled within the time I was there (roughly 20-30 minutes) but the crowd does turn over quickly.

The Onigiri (Japanese Rice Ball shaped into a triangle) at Onigiri Shop Mile End was good. Would definitely recommend if craving a good onigiri in the Montreal, QC area.

The Fuji Mountain Onigiri (fresh salmon, kanikama (crab stick), shrimp, avocado, kelp, grilled cheese, egg yolks, furikake, & tempura) was delicious & filling. The assortment of seafood, egg yolk, veggies, & sauce work wonderfully in this onigiri.

The Beef-Tama Onigiri (miso marinated beef, egg yolk & green onion) was good. The beef was flavourful & delicious.

Of the two onigiris, we liked the Fuji Mountain Ongiri the best :)

Got 2 Onigiris for 13$ including tax. pretty affordable in my opinion.
Portion: Bigger than usual onigiris in grocery stores.
Filling: In my opinion the rice was overpowering the amount of filling, there could've been more filling.
Time: 10 to 15 minutes since they do it freshly in front of you!

Everything about their Onigiris tasted fresh & extremely flavourful. One thing I realize was the Presentation of the food, which was appealing & appetizing. Great team who are friendly & welcoming. Will surely come back
