The onigiri was fresh & good, but not good enough to make me want to come back. I've been here twice now & the service at the cash has been poor both times. This most recent time in particular - no welcome, hi, bonjour. No thank you, these are the bare minimum of customer service... When you walk in & are greeted with a death stare & they say nothing, doesn't make you want to stay. Visited Tuesday 17th March at lunch time.
Amazing hand rolls! Ever since I first tried it, I have been coming back at least once a week. The fresh salmon & spicy tuna ones are really good. Highly recommended place!
Onigiris usually suffer from the deception of being mostly rice with very little inside. This place has none of that. Every single one of their onigiris are packed to the brim. So much that at times, it bursts from how packed it is. Ingredients are fresh. Rice is just right. The basics are always the toughest to refine, but this place has those basics down to perfection. & the Mini Ramen is always a joy to add. & so affordable. Where else can you be so satisfied for less than 15? Highly recommend.
Great experience at this Onigiri shop in Montreal! The portions were generous, & the food was fresh & delicious. Definitely recommend - I'll be back for more!
picked up onigiri & edamame. the onigiri was okay, & the edamame was brownish green & not fresh at all. this place feels so commercial & transactional & like a fast food joint. not impressed!
Such good onigiri!!! Really generous portions & great price. You can get a to-go onigiri very quickly or wait just a bit & get a freshly made one. We had the tuna mayo, fried chicken mayo, korean chicken & salmon avocado & loved all of them!
We had the 1.5 combo it was a nice amount of food for a little lunch for two people.
We had 3 onigiri: tuna mayo, tuna épicé & beef-tama. They were warm & very fresh! However, the classic ones were very simple & not that good. I buy better ones from the grocery store with more ingredients & flavor for the same price. The beef-tama one was very good. The egg yoke in it was delicious.
Overall I'm glad I tried it. The food was enjoyable, but I don't think ai will come back. I will stick to getting onigiri at the grocery store.

Really great experience, taste was amazing the ingredients were fresh & well prepared. Recommend the soy egg yoke & the Korean BBQ as well as the steak. Seating area by the window offers lots of light & good seating. Large portion also 2 was enough for 1 person.

I prefer a space that isn't so brightly lit, so I like to get take out here. The onigiri is fresh & delicious. I enjoyed the Shrimp Kanikama the most as well as the fresh salmon. The Korean fried chicken was my least favorite (barely edible in my opinion). Also enjoyed the unagi, but be warned, there are little itty bitty bones. So, if that will give you the icks, don't do it.
So freaking good! I've already been twice! The ingredients are fresh, the portions & flavors are great, & the prices are incomparable! For 12$ or less you can get 2 great onigiris that make up a complete meal! They also provide free water & soy sauce. The store is clean & modern (great bathroom btw) but I personally recommend to take it to go & go eat next to the canal, which is a 10 min walk away. Everything is good but shoutout to the spicy salmon & Korean fried chicken onigiri.
