This place is AMAZING. I'm super picky when it comes to sushi, but THIS spot has officially become my favourite in Montreal. The quality & size of the sushi are consistently great, & it's honestly very reasonably priced for what you get. The staff is also incredibly kind, the lady who works there always checks in to make sure I don't have allergies & that everything's perfect. When I first discovered this place, I literally went three days in a row. That's how good it is.Voir plus

Decided on Okane after looking at tons of sushi places when visiting Montreal from Ontario.
We could not have chosen a better place. The sushi was fantastic, really well made & the service was the best. Our waitress was so accommodating to us with our four month old baby & helped us with the menu, what was recommended & serving sizes.
We are still obsessing over our experience. 100% will be back again next time we are visiting Montreal.

This is definitely a place where they try hard to be good. & that's kind of where it stops. Japanese food is a very specific kind of food & they are striving for economies & speed I think. & it suffers for those reasons. We went because it's close to our home & gave it a try. Sadly they'd need to up their game before I'd go back. I think they've missed the experience part of the deal.Voir plus
