Coffee was pretty good, but the food was disappointing even though it was well presented. Ebi burger was subpar & flavours weren't balanced. It was also served with iceberg lettuce that was so wilted that I had to take it out of the sandwich. Tamago sando was also subpar (& not really a sandwich) & didn't taste like the egg salad they serve in Japan. Katsu sandwich was alright with a decent size pork chop but nothing special flavour wise. Overall, pretty expensive for what it is & a lot of the dishes could be improved.
Belle place pour prendre un déjeuner ou café. Le repas est frais. Mon coup de coeur est le burger. Il y a une belle ambiance & le service est courtois & efficace
Ohayo Café offers a unique dining experience where customers order at the counter & are then served at the table. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, & here's why: Hojicha latte - The perfect harmony between the fragrant hojicha tea & creamy milk creates a delightful blend. Ebi (shrimp) Burger - Upon cutting it in half, you're greeted by generous chunks of succulent shrimp nestled within the patty. Each bite bursts with flavor, showcasing the freshness & quality of the ingredients. It's a must-try. Burrata Mazemen - Delicious, but be warned that it can be a bit heavy if enjoyed solo.
Easily accessible place on the Mont Royal Avenue, steps away from the metro station. The food was disappointing & below average, I didn't like the chicken burger at all as the chicken felt undercooked. This place is kind of a resto café but I think it's better to go there for just a coffee. When the place is crowded the noise is unbearable.
This month's new crush is this spot! This spot MUST be on your list. They serve a delicate menu of delicious & unique Japanese dishes. It's the new hot spot on the Plateau because it's often full during the weekend. All the dishes were full of flavors, nice portion & fresh. ✨MUST TRY THE FRIES! Thank me later ❤️ This post showcases : 🍤 Shrimp burger 🍗 Chicken burger 🍜 Vegan ramen (we added an extra egg).
Burger au poulet délicieux, meilleur matcha & hojicha que j'ai bu, vraiment crémeux & parfaitement sucré.
So full of flavors, well balanced, I took the chicken burger, made me so full, enjoyed every bites! Lot of customers in house, been a little tricky to find a big table for 6 but was not a big issue after all, will definitely come back!
Le burger aux crevettes 5/5! À ne pas manquer! Il manquait juste un peu plus de places, sinon le tout était excellent!
Love this new little resto-café! The food was so delicious, rich & filling. Highly recommend the shrimp burger & the ramen! Their coffee was also good. Just a heads up, if you're planning to go on the weekend, either go before noon or later in the afternoon due to limited seating capacity. Really enjoyed our first visit overall & will definitely be back!
It's rare to find a café that serves amazing food, but this one does & does it so incredibly! The shrimp burger is a must, so don't miss out on it!
Excellente nourriture. Je conseille le burger au poulet avec frites. Café de qualité. Par contre, on a attendu notre commande 30mins & le premier caissier ne parlait pas français.
