A unique experience. Pre-dinner martinis were perfectly prepared. My "surprise" dinner (salmon tartare & pork/couscous) was flavourful; my daughter's scallops & sea bass was also excellent. Our waiter, Fe, navigated the entire experience flawlessly (which you would expect since he's worked there for 17 years)!! The only (small) negative was the very loud table of people (6-8 or so?) who overlapped with half of our dinner seating as they made normal conversation difficult.
A very unique dining experience with excellent food & service. The ambiance will be a tricky one that one has to experience to understand. Definitely a place to tell friends about after dining here. Parking will be a challenge!
Very friendly & very professional staff combine well with good food & a fun atmosphere that can even teach you a bit about yourself. A truly unique experience worth showing to anyone & everyone you can convince to go with you.
J'ai été absolument enchantée par mon expérience au restaurant O.Noir ! C'était ma quatrième visite, & je dois dire que le concept unique, la nourriture exquise & les cocktails délicieux ne cessent de me séduire. Je suis convaincue que ce serait une excellente idée pour eux de rejoindre Coffrets Prestige, car cela me permettrait d'offrir cette magnifique expérience à mes amis & ma famille !
Hier soir, j'ai eu le plaisir de faire découvrir ce bel endroit à ma famille proche, & je peux vous dire qu'ils ont été tout aussi emballés que moi. Une expérience à partager & à recommander sans hésitation ! Bravo à toute l'équipe d'O.Noir pour ce concept si singulier & pour la qualité de leur cuisine.

Fantastic experience! We came with a large group so we had to split into two tables, but still ended up in the same room. For those wondering about the process - they sat us down at a lovely table outside to explain the menu & take our orders, & then had us go inside to use the restroom, put bags in lockers, & prepare for the dark room. When it was time to go in, our waiter Sammy came out to greet us, guided us through the two doors (you hold on to the shoulders of the person in front of you to make sure everyone gets through), & helped each of us find our seats. Sammy was a fantastic waiter, & regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, guided anyone that was uncomfortable or needed a break out of the room, & ensured we had food & drinks whenever we were ready for them. The timing was wonderful, just enough time to enjoy each course & talk to each other as we ate. When we left, a few of us wanted to go back in because it was so soothing to be in the dark. Overall this is a super unique experience that we won't forget, & well worth the cost (which is very affordable for such a great meal). I would absolutely come here again!
Great experience in such a unique area of Montreal. Mazen was an amazing server & the food was delightful. Highly recommend if looking for a different dining experience.

Une expérience unique qu'il faut vivre. Découvrir son repas au travers des autres sens que la vue.... C'est déroutant de se retrouver livré à sois même dans un univers dont on ne maîtrise rien mais où il faut se laisser guider.
